I have a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, which was purchased and sized at Schubot Jewelers. I was impressed with their jewelry and watch selection. The sales service was also top notch. Years later I had put on a few pounds and wanted to have the watch resized. When I checked the watch box, I was surprised to see that they did not leave me the links (5 or 6) that were removed from my watch (which is customary). When I called, and explained, they offered to resize my watch and sell me links, as needed, at $125 each. I'm surprised that a high end jeweler would (1) keep people's watch band links and (2) charge so much to replace them (given that the watch was purchased there and they took mine). There are lots of Jewelers to pick from. Schubot should have better service after the sale.

Great service, didn't have what I was looking for but the owner had a great knowledge on the subject and was able to recommend multiple places nearby where I could find what I was looking for.

Horrible customer service. I was walking around with my boyfriend, looking at engagement rings. An employee came up to us, asked what we were looking for, we said "just looking around". She walked away without saying anything, like she never asked us in the first place. Didn't even say "okay" or "if you find something, let me know". I did find a few rings I was interested in but I'll take my business someplace else. Having good employees is the key to making good sales which is obvious that this store lacks.

What a great experience. I came here to learn a little bit more about Hublot watches today with no real intentions on making a purchase at the time and regardless of the fact I was still immediately greeted and treated like a friend right from the start. If you want to shop at a place where the individuals truly believe in the products that they are selling and are enthusiasts of them as well, don't hesitate to go see Armen. Armen will spend the time with you to educate you on the products and help you find the things you're interested in while putting zero pressure on you to make a purchase. This is jewelry sales done right! I'm a fan of the store and will definitely be back to make a purchase or even just to stop in and say hello.

I brought my garnet ring for my sixth-month diamond inspection and cleaning. I saw a lot of new pieces that I love and I ended up ordering two pairs of surgical steel earrings! (I was so surprised to find that they have an entire catalog of steel options!) . Kelsey was very kind and pulled out many pieces for me. I would definitely return to this store! (And I will to pickup my earrings)

Amazing bargains. I got 75% off some extremely expensive items. It was a tremendous value. The staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. Busy store with lots of traffic. Wide selection of quality items.

Their execution of Thanksgiving evening Black Friday was a very big fail. It took over an hour to check out. The entire place was nothing but a big mess. Not even the store employees knew what was what. Never coming back.
