Love this store! First stop every year for Christmas shopping.

When trying to decide about getting a second hole in my ear, there was a very knowledge an kind sales associate who helped me out a great deal. Needless to say, I was a having surgery within a few weeks and he told me to hold off for many reasons, really appreciated that Other, than that it's your typical Claire's with lots of very attractive headwear!

My favorite store out of all Charming Charlie's stores in Pittsburgh! Besides having the great selection of jewelry, the store has the best staff ever! All the girls are extremely friendly, nice and helpful, ready to resolve any issue, answer any questions, and accomodate any request. In the past there were numerous times when the staff would go above and beyond assisting me. I always feel that for this team my interests are their #1 priority! Needless to say I'll be coming back again and again. 😊

Horrible experience. I found the ring that I wanted and told her my ring size. She takes it away and is busy doing something and I thought she was getting the right size for me, a few minuets later she gives me a total and had me run my card. As soon as the receipt prints she asks me of I would like the warranty and tells me it will cover the resizing of the ring, So I say no to the warranty then she says its going to be $50 to resize the ring, at this point im confused and I asked if she was out of my size, that's when she told me that they only have size7 ring in any of the styles that they have for women and it had to be resized. If I would have known this, I would gone somewhere else and its so shady that she didn't tell me until after I paid. So I tell her I'm not going to pay extra for resizing and ask for a refund then she says, oh, I'll just send it in anyways for free. Now I feel like she was trying to steal from me because she really didn't have to charge me for the resize . Anyways I agreed to send it out to get it resized and then she gives me a date that is like three weeks away to come pick up the ring. the ring is beautiful, but it was way over priced I could have got it for 1/4 of the price if had more time to check around. One more thing, the ring is not stamped at all, I think the stamp was lost when they resized it, just would have liked it to be stamped. 👎👎

Absolutely horrible customer service. I sent my wife's engagement ring and wedding band in to be thoroughly cleaned and have them soldered together December 26th and was given a promise date of January 11th for service to be completed and the rings back in our possession. We leave for our destination wedding in Florida on the 17th so I was pleased with the promise date. That's about all I am pleased with. I was contacted around 4:30pm today with "good news and bad news." The good news was that the rings are cleaned and look perfect, the bad news was that they didn't get soldered together like the work order stated. I voiced my displeasure and was told that they could send them back out but couldn't guarantee we'd receive them back before we leave for our wedding. I didn't have time to go to the store as I had to go to work at 5pm so my wife, Kristi, went to see what could be done for us. The manager told her that it was simply human error so he offered her a gift certificate for the inconvenience, which obviously is worth nothing to us. He then said he'd rush the rings to be soldered and claims they'll be able to have them back by the 16th (how can they get the same service done in 6 days that couldn't be properly completed in 16 days?) I spent way too much money to have such a poor level of customer service. I bought her band, engagement ring, and upgraded the diamond all at once. When I originally purchased the rings I signed up for a particular low interest deal in store, but when I got my credit statement they didn't have me signed up for any deal. When I asked the store for help they told me it's out of their hands and I need to talk to Kay Credit. I also took the rings in for their 6 month cleaning and warranty check up in October. One month later I received an email from Kay stating that I had not brought the rings in and was at risk of voiding my warranties. When I asked the store about this and brought them my paperwork proving that I brought the rings in, they brushed it under the rug and called it a simple computer error. I have had issues from the start and absolutely regret my decision of spending such a large sum of money with a company who clearly does not care about their customers. I planned to get another band to double band her engagement ring but will not be doing so as I refuse to spend another penny here. I hope this long, drawn out review makes it up far enough for positive changes to be made with them because as it stands now, Kay Jewelers and all Signet Jewelers Stores have lost our business.

The lady that worked there told my information that wasn’t true after I had already purchased items that were not returnable. Very disappointed and wish they would help where help was needed.

Just got done doing business with them, I had an unusual watch (Talking Atomic)that needed a battery, I went to the place across the street that either had no clue or didn't want to bother,weren't able to help me, asked if they knew of any other place and pointed here, the gentleman, I assume was the owner was very respectful said he had heard of them and sent it to the craftsman in the back, a few minutes later he came out, battery replaced, did some conversing on the watch and was on my way, had another customer come in and was impressed with his customer service to him as well. Love leaving a business feeling good, the fine art of great customer service isn't dead. Thank you.

Everyone is super nice

I really love Medawars. They have absolutely beautiful jewelry and very good customer service. They take time to get to know their customers and their needs. I will always shop (or have my husband shop for me) at Medawars.

I will NEVER shop at Zales again! My husband purchased a necklace for me for Christmas, but it's not my style so we've tried to return it, but he paid cash and they won't refund our money. Instead they want to keep the necklace and send a check that should arrive in two weeks. Now what happens if I never receive the check and they have the necklace? They say they can't write a check there, it has to be mailed. This is horrible customer service!! They should at least disclose their refund policy at the time people pay cash! They lost a good customer!!

It was awful service the cashier refused to re print us a receipt after ripping it and saying "hopefully you don't return it" and giving us an ugly look. Hopefully she gets fired. I will not shop there ever again!!!

I was looking for a Wedding Ring for my Fiance at the very last minute and Sawyer's was recommended by my Son. We walked right in, Alyssa was right there to assist us in our purchase. I will definitely tell others and I will return for future jrwejew purchases.

Received quickly. The mossy oak breakup infinity looks SO much better then the picture. It definitely doesn't do it justice. There was a defect on the ring I got ahold of customer service there replaced the ring asap and expedited shipping because our wedding is in a week. Very quick to respond and willingness to make things right was awesome! Definitely will order from again.

Would give a zero if I could. Was at the mall yesterday doing some shopping with my daughter and mom. In the store they had a sign that stated "everything in the store buy 3 get 3 free." Nothing else was written on the sign. My daughter choose 6 items and went to the check out, My Mom and I also had some items. Apparently the sign was not the entire store because the items my daughter picked was not included in the buy 3 get 3 free. I stated that they should take that sign down because that's not right. Long story short we decided to not get 3 of the items when another employee walked up to the register, the cashier stated with an edge in her voice that I was complaining about the sign. The other employee leaned over and stated those aren't included and pointed at a computer printed sign that was about a paragraph long. I stated we already decided to put some items back and still buy something but since you want to be so rude we just won't buy anything. My mom and I put our items back and we left the store. BAD BAD BAD attitudes and customer service. Will never go to this store again!!!

Excellent staff in a beautiful store. Very helpful in helping us find certain Pandora charms also. Will definitely be back.
