Staff here are usually great, the selection that they have is fabulous as well. The place is kept quite clean and the only problem is the return/exchange policy is a pain.

Bulova watch on protection plan had to be SENT AWAY to have battery changed. Will get back in 3 weeks. Seriously??

My sister came in here on June 13th, 2016 to buy a pair of earrings and wanted to get a pair that she could wear daily. Nothing too fancy, just a simple pair of earrings. She never mentioned how much she was willing to spend and 2 sales people one of which was a manger, were talking down to her and offering her some cheaper line of earrings that they thought she afford. She was more than offended because my sister lives a very high life and has a budget larger than their wages. It was completely uncalled for, the attitude that she received. It shouldn't matter how you dress or look, everyone should be treated equally and you never know just who you're actually serving.

Sadly, Mr. Winter is retiring and Hernon's will be closing soon, if they're not already.

The folks here are always friendly. They have helped me out when I have needed it. They always seem to have a lot of great stuff.

This is a great place to buy jewelry with no pressure but a friendly atmosphere. They have class rings, local high school sports apparel, watch repair, jewelry repair, and of course very nice jewelry. When shopping for one of these items, stop by and check them out!

Some of the older women that work there are kinda rude but I still like to shop there.

We had the most outstanding jewelry experience at Louis Anthony Jewelers! When you come through the doors, you begin to feel like a part of their family! All of the staff are wonderfully kind, very knowledgeable and the jewelry is a just AMAZING!! I was blessed that my fiancé chose to work with one of Lou's designers to custom make the most exquisite engagement ring for me. I will cherish it for my lifetime, and I really have no reason to every buy another piece of jewelry anywhere else besides Louis Anthony Jewelers!!! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!!
