Horrible service !!!! Don’t go my fiancé was sold silver n was told it was white gold! He was also told he got a great discount !!!! Had it been white gold like The salesperson said it would’ve been a good price but we paid almost 500$ for silver ! After calling the store and leaving messages for the manager he never called back! We finally went in in person (we talked to Kim) we were very upset! She then turned it on us and had the nerve to tell us they don’t get involved in domestic disputes!!! We were upset at kays not at each other! I actually returned the merchandise at beldens n got a beautiful white gold diamond cross necklace on clearance for about 380$ n was very pleased ! But the same rep (Kim) saw us over at beldens and had the nerve to come over to beldens n tried to discredit wat really was going on n tried to make us look like the bad guys!!!! Never ever again HORRIBLE!!! There’s another rep in there but I forgot her name she’s from India or something like that (she’s the one who lied about the silver being white gold) ! I’ve had other issues to ! But I don’t have time to get into details just save yourself the headache!!!! I remember the salesperson who sold my fiancé silver instead of white gold - VENNY (came back to review to edit it )

Went here on 7/19 & 7/21 to look for some earrings for my kids. I didn't even bother to stop and look WHY because 3 employees both days sit on top of the counters. After shopping in the mall for quite some time I thought maybe to go back and all 3 were still sitting in the same spot on the glass ... I'll never shop there again. Pagoda management needs to nip this in the ass very unprofessional

This place is amazing

I went into the store to look at rings with my boyfriend. Now, I know that I look young, but I am a 23-year old masters student with other college degrees. I work many jobs as well. While I was there, we were treated like lesser because I look young (I could pass for 16). Let’s just say we won’t be buying a ring from here. They definitely made us feel uncomfortable and treated it like a joke. Never again. Sorry Zales.

Found the stone necklace I was looking for. It was on Sale which was a plus!

My wife and I exchanged her ring and band for a more expensive one at the end of February 2018. The store manage unfortunately messed up the exchange and did not give us credit for my wife's old band. When this was noticed days after and brought to the managers attention she stated she would meet with the district manager on 3/2/18. Days after I did not hear anything from the store manage and called the store to find out the status and was told there was a issue and the refund wasn't processed but the store manager guaranteed me it would be done on 3/20/18 when she had a meeting with the store manager again. I called the store on 3/20 and spoke to the assistant manager who stated she would text the store manager and make sure she would contact me that day to tell me the status of my refund. Its now 3/21 no word from the store manager and when contacting the store and customer service I was told the store manager is off today and there is nothing they can assist me with as the store manager is the only person in the company who knows the status of my refund.

My boyfriend went in to get me a gift card. I only asked him for money towards what i wanted. The sales person was very rude to him. She said you can't buy anything for $160 from there which is what the gift card was for. She said why doesn't he be a good boyfriend and buy his girlfriend something instead of being cheap and getting just a $160 gift card. She said this a number of times before she finally gave him the gift card. I work in retail also and i know what customer service should be and this was not it. They need better training at this store on how to talk to customers.

I had an appraisal done by Debra and was very pleased. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!!

This store is wonderful and Bobby Michel and Marcella Michel did a great job creating this store and their kid!
