The sales lady was rude and tried to push me to open a Kay card , after I told her many times I don't want to. I had very bad experience there , I would find another store else where . The blond that works there very pushy and extremely rude, all she cares about is herself .

Just plain AWFUL. HAD TO GET MY INFANT'S EARS DONE TWICE BC THEY MISSED THE MARK THEY DREW ON HER EARS. Just plain disgusting!!!! Do not risk yourselves or your infant!!! Not worth it!

Ok experience, left empty handed

Has an awesome experience purchasing an engagement ring. At a time where everything needs to be perfect, Sue took the time to make it perfect. When she was not their, Wanda left no slack either.

Jess from Futer Bros helped me convert a picture into a spectacular piece of jewelry. A one of a kind gift for a family member who will soon be Ordained to the Clergy. Great job. Beautiful piece.

Purchased a beautiful tennis bracelet for my wife for Christmas. Extremely personable husband and wife team who applied zero pressure for me to make a purchase. They ordered exactly what I was searching for and had it in the store by the following day. I had shopped at numerous other stores, and London Blue sold me a better quality and more attractive piece of jewelery at a lower price than their competitors that I visited in the reading area. I even wrote them a personal message thanking them for their excellent service. I've purchased many jewellery items in my hometown of West Chester pa, but I'll be sure to shop first at London Blue in the future.

Great store!!! I brought several things from here for myself and the wife and we are always happy.

I love this store

I feel like they just want to eye you up when you walk into the store and determine if you are worth to be sold a product. If you are worthy of a product, they try to force you to buy something. If you tell an employee that you don't like it or don't want it, I fell like they gang up and try to make you feel bad if you don't buy something. I felt very uncomfortable with the many experience I had. I try multiple times to buy something there, since it's close to my house, but everytime I have that same feeling. I have learned to never go there again. If I want to buy something from Pandora, I will make the trip up to Center Valley and shop at there location at the promenade shops. They are so much better and they don't force or make you feel bad if you don't make a purchase.

I had an amazing experience shopping at Zales. I mean my engagement ring was stolen from me so I did not take it for my 6 month check up on the ring. The theft insurance my husband paid for was useless because Zales will not replace my ring with a new one unless the police files it stolen. The police officer said I had to see someone steal it in order to report it stolen. It was money going down the drain. I was trying to sell the wedding but they said they can not because my ring was set. One of the workers told me to come Monday when the Manager is there to see if he can take for some kind of amount to get another ring but he is only there until 5pm. He should be there at least one or twice a week until 9pm for people who work until 5pm. I would not be able to be at the store until 6pm. I am keeping the wedding bed with no ring and zales can not help me at all smh. Waste of insurance and time. WORST COMPANY EVEER BUY YOUR RING ELSE WERE. I HATE THEM SO BAD!!!
