I recently purchased an engagement ring from Bixlers Jewelers with the help of Lauren Smith. Lauren was very helpful in walking me through the process and making sure that I was looking at every little detail. I was able to find a beautiful ring and even make some slight changes to personalize it. I thought this process would be long and difficult however with the help of Lauren it was quite easy. I was able to get a beautiful ring that my fiancé has received nothing but compliments on! Thank you Lauren and Bixlers!

Friendly and Trustworthy is my impression of Top Fine Jewelers. I have been dealing with Berj and Lucy since before they even opened their business in Latham. I have NEVER heard Berj swear for any reason and I have known him for over 20 years. Maybe you are just a competitor that is afraid of losing business. I have bought all types of pieces from Berj and Lucy, they have customized pieces for me, changed the stones in a ring that had rubys and I wanted emeralds, customized existing pieces and made pieces to order as well as added Zable beads to my bracelet. It is the ONLY place I will go for a repair because I do not trust anyone with my jewelry except Berj. I have never had a problem myself and have never heard any issues with them and have never heard anything negative while at the store. I ALWAYS get prompt attention. I will continue to go to Top Fine and would Highly recommend you do the same.

The absolute best - no matter what kind of jewelry need you have, they can take care of it. I LOVE their semi-annual sidewalk sale (held in winter and summer). For just $1-$3 you can get the absolute best accessories out there. Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable about jewelry, and they have an adorable store cat too!
