J'ai amené une montre flambant neuve d'une bonne Valeur afin de mettre une batterie neuve et d'ajuster le bracelet à la bonne taille, et ai laisser une autre montre pour réparation. La premiere montre à ete toute grafigné et il a dit que c'était normal quand ont ouvrait une montre, je lui ai dit que non, il m'a dit pas le choix ça fait 17 ans que je fait ça et c'est toujours comme ça, je n'ai jamais eu ce probleme avec d'autre bijouterie par le passé! La deuxième montre à ete remonté toute croche, egualement rayé et les aiguilles des chronomètres ne sont pas enligné ( ce qui etait le but de la réparation ) les bracelet etait egualement monter à l'envers ( il faut etre épais pour monter ça du movais coté quand le dessu et le dessous du bracelet ne sont pas de la même couleur ) plus jamais, attitude désagréable de A a Z, bonne chance a ceux qui s'essayeront laba !

Very uncomfortable. Extremely over-priced. Bought the same watch they had two days prior for 1100 dollars less? That's not just bad pricing, it's a bold rip off. Never! Ever! Discuss your commission with your co-worker before a sale is final! Especially NOT while the customer is there! It's extremely low class. I fully support commissions for sales, but don't charge me double for something then start that stuff. We were sold on a ring. We had cash out. We decided to leave with our money instead because of horrible behavior. Long story short, if you're going to mark up 300+% at least smile and maintain a professional stance.

Never bought anything in here but always like to stop in and look.

The staff there are obviously not happy with their jobs and one female, Clara (I believe) was simply rude to my wife and I as she rolled her eyes and was just simply unprofessional. Also, a friend's kid worked there and hated it: said much discrimination was endured. Another friend went with his wife and her diamond fell out after a cleaning was performed. How is this business still going?

I received a pair of earrings that I bought on Ebay....they are gorgeous...

I had interacted with Bev over the phone/email and she made it so easy to get pictures, and details on rings. Bev was able to help me with all the logistics of getting the ring shipped down for my Airborne School graduation in time for me to propose.Would absolutely recommend Bev to anyone looking to purchase any type of jewelry from this store.

Chris custom made my engagement ring based off of two visits from my fiancé and it came out exactly what my fiancé wanted! It is absolutely stunning and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! He was able to resize it within 45 minutes on the spot! 5-Star Customer Service 5-Star Quality 5-Star Communication Will be returning to design my band!

Love her designs very unique jewelry and at a very reasonable prices I ordered 15 little bracelets of a ballerine for my daughter birthday to give them as souvenirs, everybody loved them.

Both Mark Allan and Holly were terrific. They answered all of my questions and gave me the time needed to make my decision without feeling pressured in the least. My watch is not only that, but also an investment and a heirloom. To go along with the sale of a watch, they also facilitated the appraisal of two additional watches and the recommend maintenance of my original Rolex. Truly a full service shop. They have made me a customer for life and have my highest recommendation.
