I buy 99% of my jewelry from them, wether online or in store. Not one bad experience, no complaints about the quality either.

Purchased my engagement ring here. Tina and Christina were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Coming back for Christmas presents in a few days and maybe even a watch for me. I enjoy BEING a loyal customer, as long as I'm still taken care of. Thank you guys, and I'll be back soon.

Terrible experiences since Robin had left. She was very helpful and got us just what we needed. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here, as well as my engagement ring. All went well, until we went back 3 months before our wedding to get my husband's ring resized.. they stated it had to be sent out..and a new one would be issued and we would have it 4 to 6 weeks from then. 2.5 MONTHS later we received it! First, I got told it was in new york. Then it had to get sent to California. So, 2 weeks before our wedding we finally gotten it back. Then, I had my wedding band and engagement ring soldered by them. Got it back 2 days later, and the ring does not line up with the band. Awful job, very rushed. Let alone, with my husband's ring being sent out, I was told I had to pay for the shipping.. when I went back to pick it up, another employee was there and told me it was free I didn't have to pay for the shipping. My point here is, this place is phony, and will give you a run for your money!

I went to this store this morning absolutely horrible. I've never encountered such a cold experience in a store. Nobody greater me, I asked a question to one of the girls and got an eye roll. Then I was walking around with a bunch of things in my hands I had to walk all the way up to the front and asked for a fitting room to try things on. Instead of grabbing my hand full of clothes so I could continue to shop she made me walk all the way to the back with her and didn't even take the clothes from me. Despite all of that I did end up buying a few things. She was ringing me up a man asked her a question and she was very rude and answering I just think you need to hire better people with manners

I went here a few months ago to ask about getting a custom wedding band. I never heard anything back so I went into the store. Apparently there’s a wedding band that matches my engagement ring through Levian. They said they don’t have a picture of the ring but can order it if we put 20% down and it would take about four months for it to arrive. I asked for a photo of the ring since I’d rather not buy something or wait for something for four months and then not like it. I was told there is no picture of the ring and keep getting the run around.

I was lied to by the saleswoman (intentional deception), then my watch was damaged by the craftsman. I only went in to buy a battery for my "new" watch that was purchased from a different store that same day ($200). I asked her if they carry batteries, she said sure...and that they are 9 dollars. That sounded expensive for a watch battery, so i asked if that's normal... she said "they are cheaper here than a lot of places". What she was actually doing was charging me for the installation service (which i didn't need or actually want) without mentioning that detail. I started trying to take the back plate off, and said aloud "this looks easy to scratch". She said "dont worry, we install it too". I immediately asked if that is an added fee. She said no, then took it too the craftsman in the back... who scratched it all up for me. So... i paid 9 dollars for a 2 dollar battery, and now have an inch long scratch on the back plate and tooling all over the face. I WAS really excited about my new watch... now every time i look at the time, i'll see the damage and think of you. Thanks guys. Oh yeah... tried charging me 15 to remove a link on the band too, which is a SINGLE SCREW. It was best that i said no, since it took me about 60 seconds to do at home... WITHOUT leaving a scratch.
