Got my second holes done here... They pierced them unevenly. Is really noticeable when I wear earrings in my first and second holes at the same time. Also, one ear was pierced on a weird angle, making it painful to switch the earring the first few times. Nice and friendly workers though!

The girls were very friendly, informative and patient. She took her time piercing my ears to make sure the holes were even and clean. Thank you

Megan assisted my fiance at Park City Mall on the engagement ring he gave me. She walked him through the whole process, found the perfect ring, explained all the warranty information and answered all his questions. After he proposed, I went in and spoke with her and she gave me all the advice she could on how to get an appraisal and insure my ring. I would never buy from another sales rep at any other Zales as she has earned our trust completely. If you're looking for a no hassle experience, with a sales person who knows about the products they're selling, go in and ask her Megan. Would highly recommend her!

Bought my fiancee an engagement ring. Brone within two weeks. Came to get it fixed and the staff said they "saw" me break it outside of their store. this places clout is not so high

Purchased mine and my husband’s wedding bands here and the first day after our wedding and I was wearing my wedding band, I find a deep nick in the underside band of the ring. I take it back to the store, they offer to buff it out for me, but it would also lessen the width of the band, which is not what I wanted, but they also offered to add whatever was buffed out to add back to the band by cutting it! This was unacceptable, so I exchanged it for the exact same one without any scratches or nicks that I can tell. It’s nice to know that they treat their jewelry like a $50 piece of jewelry from Walmart. Had the same issue when I was engaged previously and had the band buffed out due to a scratch or a nick and it came back thin like you could break it and bent to hell! I was pissed!

I needed specialty metal for earrings I purchased (due to an allergy); & the staff promptly and professionally took care of my need. Love Jared!
