I have been to both the Lehigh Valley store and the Bridgewater Mall store. Both are always packed, I have to wait in line and then the staff acts as though they are doing me a favor. I own 2 bracelets and have bought several as gifts. This past experience last week was my last. Sorry Pandora, I will take my money elsewhere.

I came in to get a new battery for my watch and this guy helped me but when I was checking out an older lady that was sitting in the back on the computer checked us out today and she was very unpleasant and rude. Seriously makes me not want to ever come back! I've had better experiences in the past at this store. But today was unnecessary for her rude attitude!!!! Next time I need help I'll just go to Kay Jewelers instead.
