Super friendly staff. Great quality products

My husband and I work in construction so we do not have time sometimes to do anything we stopped in our clothes dirty and muddy not once were we judged .The staff were all warm and friendly they all greeted us with smiles on Thier faces .Went out of Thier way to help us and we bought a ring from them .I went to 2 other stores both times looked down at and even one sales persons refused to take a ring out of the case stating it was over 2 thousand dollars ! Needless to say we went to this Kay location and bought that same ring so THANKYOU! To all the staff at this location!

got one ear pierced ( I’m a guy) in November. The staff are friendly and have a lot of experience with general piercings. One of the two women have been piercing for 13 years. Very professional, allow you to get exactly what you come in for. I came back today without expecting to receive my second ear piercing in my right ear, but when my aunt got hers, I had to get mine too. Very well done, and handle people of all ages with care. Keep this shop in mall.

I walked in and all of the reps were busy except for one that was pretending to clean some jewelry, no sort of acknowledgement at all. I understand the reps were busy but a hello or I’ll be with you sortly would’ve been nice. So in the mean time I decided to look around and look at jewelry. About 10 minutes go by no problem. One rep raps up their sale, pretends to walk around and act as if I’m not there and A new customer walks in and she grabs the customers attention by making small talk. I found this extremely rude, so when I actually decided to speak up and say “Am I next or Are you going to continue skipping me” that seems to be the only time I received some sort of acknowledgment. As if I was in the wrong.. the lady that was pretending to clean jewelry happily greeted a new customer while I was standing there unattended as well. Maybe the store should tighten up on their customer service skills.

This checked other people out before me even tho I was there before them and only wanted to buy a gift card and the lady behind the register was rude for no reason

I’ve always wanted to go to KAY but I thought to myself I can afford to get any real jewelry as I never had any real jewelry in my life on customer fakies stuff lol. But on the 28th I was shopping around the mall and my uncle walked in KAY to look around for a new watch he wants to buy when his taxes come and they had some new finance thing that was new going on so my uncle decided to give it a try while he was doing that I sat down and started looked at the beautiful rings they had when the consultant walked up to me and said do I like the rings I said yes so that’s when she said they have a KAY credit card to where people can pay half for the jewelry they want know and the rest goes on the card to pay off and make payments with it so she asked me if I would give it a try and of course I said yes I’ll try. I GOT APPROVED FOR IT !!! I couldn’t believe it I’ve never gotten approved for any card in my life I was so excited I kept on yelling I got a KAY CARD all thru the store lol. I got my first real jewelry and was very excited to finally be a KAY GIRL !!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to find the most beautiful jewelry they wish to have.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Magdor last summer and this year we have gone back to buy the matching band. Their service is amazing and they had what I was looking for within our budget.
