I've bought a couple of charms and jewelery pieces here. The items are all great quality. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very very very bad service. They are crooks. Très très mauvais service. Voleurs. J'ai envoyé une mise en demeure car ils ont perdu mon bijou et ne me rembourse pas. Les vendeuses sont très impoli. Pire bijouterie de Montréal.

It sucks, they don't make refund because they sell very bad quality. I bought 1 ring and after 3 reparations in 2 months it continue. I had to pay 75$ to get a refund of 150$.

A lot of things but you can hardly find a cute different hair accessory.
The earrings are nice though

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. The manager is unprofessional, rude and doesn't know how to manage expectations. I'm scared now that she won't honour my order. I asked Mozart to make beautiful earrings from my grandmother pearls and now I don't trust that she will deliver the service I already purchased. Please, save yourselves troubles and don't become a client at Mozart!

j ai acheté une montre une fois payé , et refuse de me donner un garantie qui est de 10 ans il y a rien sur la facture qui démontre que c est garantie pas de numéro de série . Plus tard, J ai découvert sur le net que la montre est garantie que 2 ans.

A great vaierty of watches are on display, going from stainless steel models with swiss mechanisms to regular leather straps with conventional parts. It seemed like the employees were being pushy at times, insisting on me trying multiple models even when I hadn't told them my preferences. Smart watches are also popular and of course, prices are cheaper when compared to many other stores for the same brand.
