Amazing place!!! Great prices and customer service great!!!!

My wife bought me a replacement wedding band there. Ring is stamped ARAS10K, but after some years the gold is wearing off. It was only gold plated. I thought the 10K stamp meant it was solid gold. The ring wasn't terribly expensive (under $200) but still a hefty price for a plated wedding band.

Serdar, was amazing to work with. We corresponded via email and towards the end we used a few text messages. He confirmed all decisions before going forward on the design and made adjustments as well. We used pay-pal for secure payment processes. He found an amazing Diamond that definitely added a unique touch to his design. I have a one and only until someone copies it.

Good

While I was looking to sell some jewellery I took a look at their jewellery aswell, picked myself a nice bracelet and also got cash for the old items I wasn’t wearing anymore. Great Experience, thanks to mark for the help

If you are searching for a bitcoin atm, I was told theirs is only for you to buy bitcoin from them, and that they are currently out of bitcoin. Maybe call ahead for bitcoin related inquiries.

Great people with great service. Fair prices

I have been a customer of Topaz from the beginning - I love the store. The service is excellent, professional and personable - Miri makes everyone feel special when they enter the store. I have purchased an exceptional selection of jewellery that I love and wear every day. I highly recommend Topaz. Peggy

Very disappointed in how the employees treat each other. I was told that I wasn't "needed" from an employee. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Pandora Dufferin Mall

Alec takes tremendous pride in his customer service and makes sure his customers are 100% happy. This is extremely respectable. I am very impressed.

Found them to be very polite and helpful. No pressure to buy and the prices are way better than many of the bigger brands.

Louro was amazing to deal with. I had the ability to sit down and design my own pieces with high attn to detail. Loved the end result!!

Great costume jewelry and service

I purchased a sweet little silver bracelet with marquise shaped silver bits and I love it. It's so delicate and pretty, and simple enough to wear with all my other silver. I have to say a big thank you to Cinzia for helping me find it. I originally came in with the intention of buying another item, but it didn't quite work for me when I actually tried it on. I was determined to find something that worked and Cinzia scoured all the sale items and found that bracelet in a stash of other stuff that didn't make it into the sale display. I'm so glad she looked because I've never seen that bracelet (it's not on your website and from what I can recall, has never been on an instagram post) and I would have missed it otherwise. Thank you!

Had a problem with a bracelet, they replaced it st no charge. Excellent customer service!
