I am still waiting for my ring to come back sized after a month. . . It doesn't even feel like it's MY ring anymore.. it's like I just GAVE then 1200 dollars. It is so sad when they tell you that your gonna receive your property on a certain date and it's long after that, that it even gets mailed out to get sized..

So I proposed to my now fiance on March 3rd. And I bought a beautiful 1ct princess cut engagement ring... then on March 6th the 1ct diamond fell out. I don't know how. So I gave the ring back and waiting on an answer. If they fix it I'll give them 5 stars. If not I'm going to be angry and out $6400. We shall see.

Got my engagement ring from here. The sales lady was laid back with the assentive of "buy or dont buy it" but she also was VERY informative and no pushy. loved it. Littman over all does need to put the right price on their rings but they made our engagement payments on a 6,500 ring a breeze with no hassle.

Absolutely horrible. A diamond had fallen out of my ring, so I went into the store got it sent off to be replaced. I was told 2 week waiting time which turned into a month. Finally it arrived at the store so we went in to pick it up. The woman pulled it out, here is was ALL SILVER when it was a rose gold ring. I am told another week to be sent back out. I have had a horrible experience with this Zales.

Went into reeds to look for a ring. Katlyn was extremely helpful. She helped me find what kind of ring I liked, great prices, and answered any question I had. Brought my boyfriend in a few days later and she helped him as well. Great worker and wonderful person, made us feel extremely welcomed and not just another person to make money off of.
