Always great service, very nice people to deal with

Great place for jewelry cleaning and repairs, or just to get something unique 😁

Anything you need, this man will deliver.

I was sold a pair of kids earrings and when I tried to return them was then informed that earrings are not returnable. Does not say this on the receipt nor was I told about this before I bought them. Was treated very rudely by the manager. Uninformed staff and bad customer service. Will never return!

When my husband and I went there looking at engagement rings, they were the only store in town to actively include him in the selection. They did not try and push a larger ring than I wanted, which every other store did. They were overall amazing with their customer service. My husband chose to buy the ring there at a later date so I wouldn’t know what he chose, and we have went there exclusively ever since and have never been disappointed in the last 4 years .

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Wanted my ring fixed. Basically blamed me for the diamond falling out. Asked if I was upset?? Of course I was upset. Found the lady very rude and short tempered. Will not be returning to this store.

Customer service is absolutely outstanding, all ladies on staff were friendly, but a huge shoutout to Janeth, who went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for!! We refuse to buy jewlery anywhere else in GP.

Love Janinas! Wouldn't really go anywhere else for jewlery. The space is beautiful, brightening, and welcoming and there is such an amazing selection to choose from. The staff are professional and always happy to see you.

Looking around for grad pin..

One of the small diamonds on the side of my ring was lost during resizing. When I picked it up they stayed they had checked and tightened all the settings, now just over a month later one of the larger stones has come out of it's setting. Prior to having the ring resized it had been worn for 10 years with no issue and had been cleaned and checked over once a year. I don't feel comfortable bringing my ring back to this store for the required repairs.

I have been dealing with Garth for years very fair person and a pleasure to know.

Terrible service people seemed grumpy I had my ring sent for sizing and it took about a month and a week not very friendly people unreliable in terms of date they promise you’ll get your stuff so so mad
