This is the only place I go for jewellery. Lori is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Stay away from this place; during a repair of 2 weeks in duration, they stole my antique 100 year old gold pieces and upon pickup they returned a fake and fraudulent replica to me--thinking that I would not notice the difference. I did notice the difference, I have a good eye and had been wearing the piece for years. It was lighter in weight, an unusually different colour, and sounded like tin, an indication the gold was nolonger the same antique heavy gold. Do not come here if you care for your valuable, sentimental jewellery!!

They had my moms watch, which she gave for a battery change and when she went to pick it up, they lied and said they gave it, she had to go there three times and get security involved to even get back her OWN watch. She even told them the time she went, asked her to check the camera, they never gave a repair slip and ended up finding it after the third visit. Rude ignorant owners, don't trust them with your valuables.

only buy my jewelry from here from way back when he had just 1 location. never disappoints, the quality and style...amazing. also there were a few times I popped my chain my accident fixing my shirt and he repaired it in like 20 minutes. send anyone I know here . keep up the good work.
