Really bad experience, screwed my $4000 ring. Went for a repair to tighten ting stone and imagine how they fixed by putting elfi on it, I could have done it myself it was a normal stone but they screwed my expensive stone. It looks so dull now. Really regretting going there

Very shady place, watches claimed to be fully working yet dial was poorly redone with super glue and broken movement. Stay away...

This review is for the Pacific Mall location and I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. I had 3 watches that needed a new battery and was told it would take 10 mintues to change all 3. I told her I would walk around and be back. After half an hour I came back and she told me they had to take one watch "upstairs" to close it since their machine couldn't do it and to come back in 15 minutes. I come back half an hour later and she tells me that they had to send it to their other office close by because their machine couldn't close it. I asked to speak to the Manager and he told me they had to send it out, again because their machine was not able to close it. He said he would call me when it is ready. I left the store frustrated but there was nothing I could do. 3 days later I get a call that it's ready and I can pick it up at Dundas & Yonge. I go to a totally different store, not affiliated with JCY, and was told JCY badly dented my watch, so bad that the dent is still visible. There's no point in complaining because they lied to me multiple times. It's still wearable but with a dent at the back. DO NOT get anything repaired here! They do not know what they are doing and the watch repair guy even said so!
