Friendly and patient stuff. Makes you feel welcome. They offer some tea when you come in even if you buy or not. They offer some discount if you're first time buyer. Overall I really like their jewelry. I bought a hand chain from there. All the stuff that helped us were wonderful. Thanks for helping me, will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Ordered a medic alert bracelet, was told it would be ready to be picked up the next day. The bracelet wasn't ready the next day as promised, or the day after that. Once they have your money they're going to jerk you around. Never shopping here again!

Roland's Jewelry Ltd
10307 100 Ave, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, T8L 1Y9, Canada
We stopped by Roland's to look for watches. Robyn was a terrific help and I ended up buying two.
Over the years, Roland's had been our first stop whenever we looking for timepieces or jewelry, or if there is a watch our clock repair to be done. Roger is a fine repairman, but he'll also bring in a watchmaker for those difficult jobs (like my Omega wrist watch).
We have always been pleased with the selection at Roland's, but even more importantly, with the quality of service. It's great to be looked after by neighbours from our community.
