The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company sells used and broken jewellery and doesn't accept returns because they say they don't have any cash and I am told I have to go back to the People's I bought it from. That's ridiculous. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this crooked business. They sell cheap, used and fake jewellery. You can find better quality jewellery that isn't scratched and broken from anywhere else.

Great customer service from one of the women there, had an issue with a watch i had purchased for my hubby and they replaced it. Was very pleased.

Called this place and they answered the phone “Hello”. I had to ask if I’m calling the right place and she said very rudely “Yes” I than ask what time do you close today (malls usually close at 5pm on Sunday but figured to ask just in case I don’t wast a trip Her reply. “Now”. In such a rude tone Customer Service is truly a lost art. Will never shop here and would rather give my money to those better deserving of it.
