When my fiancé and I started shopping for engagement rings we were hesitant to go to Tiffanys as we were afraid we couldn't afford it. However, after the salesman Roché spent a good 45 minutes explaining diamond clarity colour etc to us (and letting her try on a 55k ring no problem) we went to other stores to shop around. No other store could match the quality of ring and service we got from Tiffanys, it was an easy choice to buy one from them and they are still phenomenal every time we walk in. Thank you Roché.

My son and I went to Spence to buy an engagement ring for his girl. Jordan was so helpful. He helped to educate us on the difference of the diamonds and settings. My son was able to make a beautiful choice at a very reasonable price. Jordan went out of his way to make sure that my son was able to leave with a proto-type for the special date 😊. I would absolutely recommend Jordan for his knowledgeable services!

I found an incredible diamond set of earring and necklace at Mappins and I was thrilled with it! I was assisted by Kathy and she was very patient with the arduous task of choosing the right design I had in mind. Because of her great product knowledge and excellent customer service I was able to pick a very unique piece and was stunned with the quality of product and the value of price I paid. Very skilled and expierienced

Just been in to spend a significant amount on a watch. I was stood around for 10 minutes in a relatively quiet shop waiting for service. All the guys in their suits being smothered by the staff and asked if they needed help. Me in my work site clothes was totally ignored. I walked out feeling humiliated.

I bought the serenity piece from Liwu jewellery. I saw the piece a year ago at a craft fair and for some bizarre reason I didn't buy it. I kept on thinking about this piece, it's uniqueness and simplicity. The beautiful story behind the design, druids believed by combining all the fours elements we can find balance and serenity in our lives. All their jewellery pieces are unique, you're never going to see someone else with something similar. You'll want to wear their jewellery everyday and treasure it forever.
