Be careful don't buy from this guy he is a theif sales fake Rolex watches, very bad person, garbage service. I bought a rolex from him and after i took it to other jeweller to test it they found it was fake and i tried to return it but he went nuts and he was yelling like crazy, this guy is abnormal.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a necklace and tried to return it 10 mins after to which the employee was very rude about it.

Buyer beware, store does not honour their exchange policy.I got a ring as a gift which I wore only to try on. I tried to exchange it as it did not fit me. Ring was well withing the 7 day return policy but the person working at the store said "it is worn" so they can not exchange it. How else am I supposed to know a ring fits without trying it on? I asked her to show me if there were any damages or scratches but she would not show me. She kept saying "I see it, we can't take it back". Just ask yourself how they have 50% off sales all the time? Regular price is $120 but somehow they can afford $60 all the time.

Originally we had a great experience. The sales staff were helpful and kind. Then we had to go back because a bracelet we bought broke and the sales staff basically accused me of lying about where I purchased it from. Not impressed.

The biggest cheaters along with the TD canada bank . The interest free payment ( no payments and no interest ) can be shocking for you when you start receiving the monthly statements. Better avoid this place
