Bought my wife's weeding band and engagement ring here. I wanted a Sapphire to be the highlight of her ring, and choosing the right stone made the a slower process. Unfortunately the person I was working with moved on and I was taken care of by another employee... which slowed things down a bit more. Apparently they do not offer this type of service anymore, which I believe confused matters. Whatever the case is, they continued to be very friendly and understanding. One service that MH provides is a Ring Cleaning service I guess once a year, (I just got that phone call). That's a really nice service to offer... but I'm afraid to use it. They take the ring to the back and you can't see what they are up to. If they had a window, or if they could do that up front, I'd be more inclined to try this service out.

I bought a ring for myself and after week of owning it the stone came loose and needed to be reset. This process took 3 weeks and upon reopening it was loose again, effectively wasting my time. I attempted this again after some time, only to be met with the same result.

My pen was defective and broke in half.. even though I did not purchase a warrenty on it, they made an acception as it had only been a month of gentle use and I had my receipt. They were very sympathetic and did not question me or make me feel bad for trying to do a return that they could have refused as per their policy. I was exceptionally grateful that they did this for me this one time. The staff were additionally very friendly and professional, as well as resourceful - they even called other stores to have my favourite colour shipped to them, free of cost. I could not have had a better experience as a customer! Thank you to their team!

We bought my 40th anniversary wedding set with the professional help of Evan who we found to be very honest and easy to work with. I’m from out of town so he had my rings sized and delivered exactly like he said they would be. I highly recommend Evan and London Gold Oakville

Went in the Shop to sell some of my Old jewellery But first I went to cash money and money mart because they where in my neighbourhood such a long time waiting for them to just make sure the Gold is real Walked into Oliver’s shop I was done in less then 10 minutes Should have went to him first Staff was great and Friendly 10 stars for this experience

I went to Gabriel Jeweler as a referral from a friend that shopped there before. I was told that they had very good service and product with reasonable prices compared to the big stores like Peoples or Mappens. He was right, the store is run by husband and wife and they don't mark up their prices so much. I bought my wife and pair of white gold earings and will return for future jewelery purchases. Thank you Sam for the great service and price.

The staff at Knarr in all the locations I have visited are exceptional. I was a loyal customer of the Guelph Knarr for a number of years while I lived there and happily transferred my business to the Oakville location once I moved to Mississauga. Always pleased with the quality of workmanship on repairs and pricing is never a issue. Lovely selection of luxery gems and watches as well as many lower price point more casual jewelry. I assure you you can find something to please any lady here.

Personal attention and excellent value are it's hallmarks, GC Jewellers and it's owner, Ping, are second to none. This is not your traditional jewelry shop; Ping is a master jeweller by training and his skill shows in the beautiful work which he delivers. Ping's skills are exceptional and you'll never want to buy another mass produced piece again. A hidden gem in Oakville (pun intended).

I visited Mariani Watch Boutique in Oakville today from Markham. I have always received exemplary service on my Baume and Mercier watch. Today was no exception. Ruben worked for some time to replace the watch straps and the charge was very minimal for the new strap only.

The manager was particularly unhelpful. They didn't carry a product we wanted... Fine... But then they did not offer in any way to help us find it. We drove in from out of town so it was disappointing.

The people working here will you rip you off. One day they say something, then change their word the next, i.e tell you to come in to size the ring at no charge.. then when you go they charge you 50$. They do not inform you what the warranty covers or that even if you buy the stupid warranty for the diamonds that it goes void if you dont go in after six months of the purchase. This place is garbage.

such scammers... always finds an excuse not to help or give returns. They have no idea how to do their job.... Don't bother buying jewelry here don't waste your time honestly Manager at Oakville place is unable to follow through on anything he says . Completely unacceptable customer service.
