Couldn’t communicate with one of sales rep. Lack of product knowledge. Attitude was really bad, treated me that i cant afford the watches that i was really serious. Definitely don’t recommend this branch.

I have never been to Pandora before. I came in the store to check what all the madness is about. Friendly staff approached me with a smile on the face and instead of annoying questions "Do you need help?" made a conversation about my day. Great approach. The girl was very knowledgeable and patiently showed and explained everything about Pandora and its signature bracelets. I came just to see, and ended up buying a bracelet myself! Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend. Will be back soon

Horrible experience dealing with warranty issues. After purchasing a 2 year term warranty, I repurchased the lifetime warranty for my ring. Now they tell me that ill have to buy an additional warranty because they have new owners and they won't honor the original paperwork. I wish ben moss just went out of business and never came back from the dead. Horrible experience. Ill tell all my family and friends not to buy anything from ben moss.

The moment I walked into this stunning store with precious creations the store atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. A very big thank you to Clara Hagopian for an outstanding and exceptional customer service I received when looking for a special Birthday gift for my sister. As an advisor and store owner Clara was professional, polite and extremely helpful as well as very knowledgeable which I appreciated very much because it truly gave me a sense of being well taken care of. Clara took the time to walk me through different options patiently and didn’t​ rush me at all, which made this whole experience even more pleasent. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic result with a repair/restoration on my wedding rings. Tim is a true craftsman.

My mother and I went to a different local pawn shop with a set of wedding rings, the other pawn shop offered us $65-$85... We declined the offer and went to mark next, we told him about our story and he was out ragged, he offered us 3X the amount this other store did. Mark was not playing games with us and was very educational. Great business man, i highly recommend

When I went to this store to get a refund, I had a scanned copy of the original receipt because the receipt they printed has faded. However, both the manager and the sale staff refused to honour the return policy, instead making up policies on the spot about how I was supposed to talk to the original store where I made the purchase, which doesn't make any sense as they are a national chain store. Overall, the staff here is rude and unwilling to help, and try to avoid responsibility by pushing you to someone else. The refund was finally accepted at another location. All they had to do was look in their system and find my name and the credit card used to make the purchase. I definitely do not recommend buying anything from Peoples Jewellers.
