All the ladies are wonderful, very friendly, polite and helpful. Helped pick the perfect engagement rings within our budget. When pairing an engagement rings with a wedding bands, they know the perfect combos. I just moved to Mission, but still will continue to drive to Chilliwack for their great customer service.

Great place for inexpensive jewellery. Not cheap, mass produced jewellery, inexpensive jewellery.

Lovely staff. Great clothes for working in an office environment. If you sign up for their loyalty program they send you lots of excellent deals.

Went in probably an hour before close to get a piece put back in my watch. My watch was not bought there but they fixed for me right on the spot, free of charge! This made my day

The only reason they're getting stars is because of their saleslady Tracy. If I could give her five stars and the others zero I would. There were three other ladies there without customers but because I wasn't wearing jewelry or dressed fancily they didn't even look at me twice. I spent over $300 there and the only reason I did was because Tracy was such a lovely lady. She's an adorable little English lady - don't bother with the others because they can't be bothered to help you!

Terrible. Don't go here. I got a ring and they did help me with that. But having to send it off to get sized has just been a nightmare. They keep saying, next Friday, next Friday. I was supposed to have it TODAY. Now I have to wait till the 11th of November. Who knows if I will even get my ring by then. Plus when you go in and talk to them, wow! Just wow. So rude and just talk to you like you're a complete moron. Once I get my ring I will NEVER be sending anyone to this garbage store.
