my necklace clasp needed replacing , first place i went too , tld me would take until next week to repair , Sonny is the man for real , in the time i walked back out side , told my friend it was being fixed on the spot at sonny's , walked over to quality foods and bought a drink , then right back to the shop , it was done , awesome service , highly reccomend

I brought in a black opal I had purchased in New Zealand years ago to set into a ring. After seeing another jeweler who didn't look twice at the stone, Brad immediately recognized the beauty and value of the opal, and appraised it on the spot for me. I found Brad very pleasant to work with, accommodating, and he took the time to explain what kind of setting would work best, while making sure I was happy with the end result. My experience was very positive, Brad is a skilled jeweler and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for custom work!

He will keep your goods if you are not careful. He refused to provide me with a receipt for items I left with him. From my perspective, he stole 12 small diamonds and my fathers wedding ring. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am considering further action. Beware!

I went to find out about having an heirloom 5 (separate stones) carat diamond ring re-purposed to give to my sons. I am not a fancy person and came in jeans and a sweater and although I have lots of money they took one quick glance at me and ignored me for 20 minutes as they were having someone fix their cash terminal. When the rude lady finally acknowledged my presence she said doubtfully. ..well just bring it in. Hey people we don't always look like potential rich clients and your arrogant approach has turned my business elsewhere. Don't judge a book by its cover. Terrible customer service! Unless you look rich which is obviously their preference.

The Goldsmith Shoppe is the best jewelry store I have EVER came across. They are so TRUSTWORTHY and fair. I have had them make me jewelry and repair other stuff. I have had other high end jewerly stores try to switch my 2 carat diamond. These 3 people are extremely honest, and the jewelry they make is one of a kind, and you won't see all these other people wearing the same thing. Alot of other jewelry stores use inferior grade of diamonds, not these guys. I can't say enough, i love these people. Stop by take a look, Anna or Ross or Katie would be more than happy to show you their creations. I sound like an ad, but am so happy i have a jeweler I can trust.

All the ladies are wonderful, very friendly, polite and helpful. Helped pick the perfect engagement rings within our budget. When pairing an engagement rings with a wedding bands, they know the perfect combos. I just moved to Mission, but still will continue to drive to Chilliwack for their great customer service.
