Arrived at the store to pick up our rings and they forgot that we were picking it up. He sent his someone to pick it up and said 10 minutes it will be here and we waited 50 minutes. Opened up the boxes after we got them and the rings were full of scratches and unpolished. That is no way to retain customers no matter how much advertising you do. Never going back there again.
