Found a gift for my wife and the staff were very friendly. May have picked up something for myself as well.

I can’t even begin to describe how great my experience was. Lina and Daniel were so helpful and the ring was perfect. Both my fiancé and I were really happy. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely going back.

Great experience selling my old jewellery, I didn't wear it anymore and the sales rep behind the counter was very accommodating and thorough in his appraisal of my jewellery. All in all a fantastic time, was more fun than I'd imagine!

stopped going to this place after Joanne left . Joanne gave excellent customer service no matter how much you spent in the store . bonnie is horrible ( manager) very rude !!! she only acknowledges people with big budget - my boyfriend went in not too long ago bonnie and her staff made him feel awful about his budget - he left the store they have no exchange or return policy -- understand the no refund policy but cant understand no exchange . I use to shop a lot there , my family and I later found out from staff bonnie doesn't like customers spending lots of time in store and purchase small amount , well guess what now we are not spending at all I have witnessed how horrible Bonnie is to her staff - very unprofessional and its obvious she judges people based on their Budget . I don't understand why she has not been fired yet -- I complained before but .... anyways if you want to be judged and feel embarrassed for your small budget then go there !!!. I use to buy little by little but over time I spent a lot of money in that store but later I heard she doesn't like us going there and spend $300-$400 at a time !!! then why do you sell products at that price or lower !! she is training poor staff to be just like her joanne was not like that at all but now she is gone I heard she found something better ! please get rid of rude judgemental bonnie please

Terrible customer service. My wife called them and they put her on hold and then hung up after a few minutes.

Two months ago, I bought a bracelet at this shop, but the quality makes me so disappointed, especially when I went back with the damaged bracelet. The counter lady's attitude was so bad. I won't shop at that store anymore.

Staff were occupied with 3 customers when we arrived, we were not greeted, and not approached even after those 3 customers left and we were the only ones left in the store. Hello??? Walked out.
