Good people

Many antiques and jewlery, experienced shop owner. Great service.

It's amazing the work Lydia can do and carries in her little shop, the work of many artists is on display, worth a visit.

Attentative staff here. They're truly passionate about their products and know how to best pick the pieces for each individual client

Reopened with more modern look in line with other locations. They have a Darth Vader figurine for a mear $13800.

I came in randomly off the street, and couldnt be happier with how everything worked out. It was a straight forward, clear and communicative process. The Cavalier team was great about answering all my questions and making adjustments. They really are wonderful to work with.

Terrible experience, never come back again

Roberto is very professional and reliable , just excellent! His skills and knowledge are priceless !!

There products are wonderful, some pieces are one of a kind, but it is over price. Nice to walk into a store, knowing the staffs are not on commission. They did offer me a free rhodium on a piece, so it looks brand new before it leaves the store. Sal gives decent advice for customs. Sal and Raz both have great customer service skills. Just don't come in on a wrong day when Sal has millions of things to do.

Absolutely horrible service. I was in there for 20 minutes and did not get greeted by anyone. It was not busy at all, only a couple other people in the store at the same time. An employee asked if I needed a change room, when I thanked her for starting one for me she just simply replied with "mhmm" not offering further help should I need it. Being in the clothing retail business I picked up on a few other little things that left a sour taste in my mouth. I was on the fence about a few items but decided against purchasing them in store. I did not want to support these employees or that particular establishment. Now I know why so many people shop online. I will not be returning.

I work here

I found the staff to be very knowledgable, and when i had to go back and get my ring resized they were very polite and even remembered me from the last time i was in there. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

This is the only jeweler in town that my family and I deal with. The customer service is exceptional and their work is of the highest quality. This is an excellent and trustworthy local family owned business.

great customer service

Diego knows his gold! He turned my hard earned placer gold from Vancouver Island into beautiful works of art. My ring is exactly what i wanted, my fiance loves the design you did and they both fit perfectly! The price was very reasonable and thank you for the extra effort to make my gold into our gold wedding rings.

Best prices for Cystals on Vancouver Island!

Very pushy and aggressive. cCearly not interested in helping us once they knew we were on the low end of price range. Zero customer service skills and almost outright hostile when we wouldn't buy something to replace the item we were returning (which clearly didnt fit but we were pushed into buying). Tried to lie to us about the return policy saying that we had to buy something which is clearly not what is written on the receipt.

Can vouch, good service and jewellery.
