I had my chain break at the gym and called Leonardo jewellers and 15 minutes later my chain was fixed by the skilful hands of the jeweler! Great staff I recommend! Great prices on jewelry as well!

If you're looking for a watch/ring the man to see is Kevo. He is very knowledgeable and very honest. You can tell he takes real pride in his job and makes sure you are completely happy. Bought my Omega Speedmaster here and can't beat the follow up service from Kevo.

The old Asian women is racist and didn't let me look at anything . She opened the door actually she didn't even open the door it was barely open . She asked me if I can afford anything in this shop and slammed the door on me. Of course I can I have been shopping here for years .You earn minimum wage what's so good about that . You think your all that you're not stay humble old women you will get bad karma .

I got my bracelet here last yr and after a few months the lock broke and I went back to the store to get it fix. They fixed it gave it back to me after three months. It’s my first time wearing it again after getting it fix and I wore it just last week and went for my errands and by the time I came home my bracelet’s gone. The lock is still a problem afterall the fixing and waiting. It is an expensive bracelet and I am upset that the quality is low. It’s not good buying products here you’re just wasting your money. I’ve been wearing my pandora bracelet for months now, day and night and I’ve never had problems with the lock.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Phoned this store on the weekend for help and they refused to do anything for my situation. Wouldn't even tell me when a manager is in so they could help me with my problem. I will never ever go to or speak to anyone at this location again. Another store GLADLY helped me out with my issue and I will be taking my business to them. It's a shame when a retail business could care less about their customers.

I had SO much help while I was here, not really knowing anything about what I was getting myself into. The sales associate patiently modeled a billion rings for me while I was being indecisive. In the end we found a wonderful ring that I'm sure she'll love. Thanks!!

We are very happy with the services Harold and Imperial Gem Lab recently provided. We had dozens of items that were gifted as part of an estate, and Harold was able to quickly identify what we had, describe them in detail and then ascribe values to each. We highly recommend Harold as an impartial and skilled professional appraiser of jewelry and gems.

I have delt with Val and her dad for several years. She custom made me my diamond (everyday wear) ring and earrings. I have had do many compliments on both asking where I got it I tell people you want custom work go see Val as her dad I believe is semi-retired. This is a family business with Val's brother David there as well. All exceptional work comes out of this small store. They take time to explains to you anything your not sure of great PR in there.

Recently, I brought my engagement ring to Cartwright Jewelers for some maintenance work. Susan made some wonderful recommendations about how the setting could be improved - and I am absolutely thrilled with the work that was done. As a first-time customer, I had a fantastic experience with Cartwright Jewelers - and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

This review is based on Saturday March 24, 2017. Morning time. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Have to do so to leave a comment. The employee at this location is extremely rude. Educating potential customer how they should properly respond to her greeting. And when customer reply back to let her know that she did reply back to her she was even more rude. I hope that this company really look at the quality of people they hire for customer service. This employee is that strict about proper manner. She should be a teacher and not in a customer service field. Or most important she shouldn't be bring her bad mood to work and taking it out on customers. Be prepare for a potential talking down to...
