Lugaro has unparalleled quality jewelry and diamonds. Mark has provided excellent service for years. All the staff are friendly and professional and it is a pleasure to visit this beautiful store.

If I could give them zero stars I would. A $300 bracelet broke after 2 months and They tried to tell me a broken link wasn't normal wear and tear. Low quality products at a high price that apparently should only last 2 months. Absolutely no help and the technicians couldn't be bothered to help. Don't waste your time with this company.

Felt like I was buying a used car instead of a ring .Over the top with trying to sell their credit card and extended warranty.

I'm usually pretty hesitant when it comes to Jewellery Stores, Always being bombarded by multiple questions and the staff trying their hardest to make a sale. It usually makes me feel uneasy and I feel more obligated to walk out, However that was not the case with this store and this location. My fiance and I went wedding band shopping together and a very nice lady who was working the day we came in, by the name of Angela, was very friendly and Accommodating, she was not "Pushy" as I find most other salesmen and saleswomen to be She was very helpful, very knowledgeable and overall it was just a great experience. We we're looking for a band that could be joint together with my engagement ring but because of the way my engagement ring was shaped we were running low on options, Angela was more than helpful in offering ideas and suggestions of what we could use or do I would highly recommend talking to her if you ever check out this location, It was the best Jewellery saleswomen I have talked to yet and I would return just because of how well her service was.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring here and he had amazing customer service, and got an AMAZING ring. I also bought my fiance his wedding band here and not only did we receive an amazing deal on a gorgeous ring but outstanding customer service as well. Shout out to Rose for being AMAZING.

I went to buy my engagement ring. Before I place the order I told the girl that was helping me if I don’t get it within 6 weeks I won’t buy it just because my engagement party is coming soon. She promised me that I will get it on time. I gave her all that time without asking or calling because I didn’t wanna bother them a lot. 10 days before my party I called she said two days and the ring will be ready. After two days I called she’s like I’ll call you back. She called me and said the ring is ready. I live in Vancouver I drove all the way there and they said no your ring is not here and it won’t be here for the engagement party. The manager talked to me and said the money we can’t return you can talk to the head office and they will give you a good deal. I talked to the head office after trying hard because she was on vacation. She send me to a different location which is Richmond Center........... my story will continue on Micheal Hills Richmond Center website
