Helpful staff very attentive

Absolutely wonderful.

Oscar has been making custom jewelry for my family for 10 years. He has also fixed many pieces.

We ordered all of our wedding bands from Zales outlet and had had a great experience until today. We went to pick up my fiancées band and were told that their employee had given us an extra discount that he wasn’t supposed to, so even though we had ordered and paid for the ring already we were forced to pay more than the price we paid already or leave without the ring. This is absolutely terrible business practice and we will never buy anything from here again. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

I have made a couple purchases from this location. . The staff here are fantastic. . Very friendly and and attentive. . If you have seen this fred myer in kroger and didn't go in to browse, you should. ..

I went yesterday and this lady that works there was really rude and racist i felt very upset never happened to me at a store first time my kids wanted to buy something there couldn't even buy it because the lady kept been so rude and racist didn't buy it notice she. Was racist when other African American customers walk in and she help them and smiled this lady shouldn't even work with customer service at all .very disappointed

Lisa was helpful and welcoming!! They take care of you for sure

Great service and very friendly. Went with my fiance to pick out our wedding bands and had a amazing selection.

So many great thing here and they have a lot of wonderful clearance items.

Great trustworthy guys here specially Ryan. Amazing deals with customizable options!! The selection they have is Amazing. I keep having to update this review because I keep receiving fantastic jewelry here. My husband got me this beautiful color changing stone necklace and matching earings. I wore them and thought it will be great to express how happy I am with them. They are not custom like my emerald ring but are absolutely beautiful Fred Meyer stock items. Got my 4.86 Colombian Emerald setting custom made during a jewelry party and they made it on screen and was able to tell me right away how much it will cost and even texted me a picture of the model so I can have something to look forward too. So happy with this ring. It leaves many speechless. Though I only wear on special occasions and keep it in a safe deposit box, when I do wear it I feel very classy.

I was surprised at the bad customer service. I had to wait outside the store to make a return, when the store didn't have a lot of people in it. Then, the cashier didn't know how to do a return, making amother cashier do it for her, which slowed down the line. The more experienced girl was rude the whole time.

love this store, such cute clothes and so much more!

No ever picks up the phone.. I'll call elsewhere although this location is closest to me..

The ladies were very helpful and friendly in assisting me with purchasing my fiancé's wedding ring. They also helped him with his purchase of my ring months ago. Easy process.

Love this place! Anything and everything that you could possibly need jewelry wise and other accessories. Great place, friendly staff!

Lovely little store
