The reviews on here our very accurate. All sales associates where very pushy and kept passing us around to other sales associates insisting on us buying a ring after we told them we where just looking around! We felt so overwhelmed with them going on and on about the owner of the store and Walmart and how he is known for all kinds of things that didn’t even make sense to us! We where so annoyed I finally said I’m sorry but I need to go thank you! And we walked out! I would definitely not return.

Salice Sanders was a fantastic sales consultant, She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with with our purchase, and kept us informed through the entire buying and order process. I think Salice was as excited as my wife was on delivery of the ring. Thanks Salice

Don’t go here unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Got my wifey anniversary ring from the outlet store...took hers in to be sized, the gentleman said it should take two weeks....called today and it was back and sized perfect.....Zales has gained a costumer for life.....very pleased....yeah man

Great people

Nice local place. There are willing to work with you on payments and do not charge interest. My wife has yet to come across another person with the same/similar wedding band as hers.

I was able to upgrade my wedding band due to their 0% interest financing option. We will definitely go back when it's time to upgrade again. See Naveed if you go! Great customer service!

Amazing experience from start to finish by Dean and his crew. He went above and beyond for the ring we wanted and the engraving. Highly recommend them.

Awsome very professional

Alot of merchandise to choose from..... The sales associate are not helpful..... The items are bunched up together.....
