Jewellery

Both Lornie and Rose make jewelry buying finally a great experience. We went to the usual big name places again to retip my wife's wedding ring; just horrible experience here around the Houston area. We found Lithos and I will never go anywhere else. I love to buy jewelry for my wife and just can't afford to buy real diamonds so we discussed the option of tripling my wife's center diamond with a moissanite. My wife was blown away with the craftsmanship, she is an artist with an intense eye for detail. Sure it looks bigger, but the additions Lithos made really took our breath away. Stop getting sold by the big guys and please give Lithos a visit for the enjoyment and expertise in the craft.

Really wonderful people, with really wonderful pieces. I just came in to browse and get fitted for size, and the lady behind the counter was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful. Extremely down to earth and patient. Quite a varied selection in men's bands as well; a well appointed store to be sure. Will definitely be coming back here to make purchases in the future.

Did a great job remaking a pair of diamond earrings to sit closer to the ear. Works very quickly.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I worked with Gill who listened intently to what I was looking for and was able to show create precisely the piece I was looking for. I've already bought an engagement ring from him and will be going back for both wedding bands. I look forward to purchasing all my future diamonds jewelry here. I strongly recommend coming in and talking to Gill - it's so nice to receive this level of customer service backed by clearly extensive knowledge of diamonds and the diamond industry. And the prices are extremely competitive. I've always felt Gill's prices are more than fair and I'm always happy with the numbers I get.

Great deals and excellent service

Great place for Last minute presents!

Customer Service Needs A Lot of Work! The store was not busy but I was asked 5 times if I needed help within 3 minutes of being in the store. Part of retail is to ask customers if they need help and then allow them time to browse... not to bombard them and take away from the shopping experience. I came into the store knowing what I wanted to buy, and I ended up spending $150... but based on this experience, I will not returned. I am a person of color, and I hope this is not why I was treated this way.

This place is amazing. The prices are a steal and the owner is so sweet. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Best selections in lufkin

great customer service... Ask for Amy Reese.. she is the best.

Excuse my French but the customer service sucked ass!!! The women working there were rude and unprofessional. They both were talking to each other and not paying attention to the rest of the customers. They were too busy talking about personal things so instead I took my business to Jared’s across the street.

The manager and employees here are TERRIFIC. The manager gave me a lengthy lecture on not forgetting my warranty card but went above and beyond in correcting an issue I caused for myself. Upon my second visit, we interacted with an incredibly charismatic young man who made me feel welcome when all I wanted was a ring cleaning. Just fantastic customer service at this location.

This place is horrible Do not go here they are unorganized and don’t even use Medical metal; so easy to get infected

The staff is really helpful they greeted me in first 10 seconds. They help me find the perfect anniversary gift the jewelers consultant was not pushy at all. I recommend this place the staff is very nice .
