If I could give it zero stars I sure would. I bought myself and my son a pair of earring from here and with in two days his earring fell apart,while in school so he put it in pocket but lost it during athletics so it is gone I know nothing can be done. The pair I bought are not real gold can’t be nope not at all my ears hurt so bad are red and painful and only time that happens is if I put fake earrings in I have my Kendra Scott’s in first hole in ear and they do not hurt or feel have any the feeling I have when put the diamonds studs I bought for second hole in ear but no one will help rude customer service I don’t have receipt but figure I could be looked Up in their system nope not going to happen so there went 100 dollars of hard earned money to the trash over something I was lead to believe true was not the earring are fake I know the diamonds are not real of course but the gold is said to be 14k One huge lie!!!!! Thank you a very unhappy customer who will not shop at your location ever and will be sure to let everyone know what awful service your company gives to those that spend there money.

My daughter and I shopped at Francesca's on their second day of opening and it is now our favorite store to shop! The staff provided superior customer service and offered suggestions on coordinating the outfits. They were extremely helpful and polite. Francesca's offers quality clothes, shoes, jewelry, and gifts at affordable prices! You will enjoy your time shopping there!!

We passed by this store since we were waiting for the next door rest to open up for dinner. Glad we did because despite the boutique having just a small variety to choose from, the clothes are nice. I didn't buy anything, because you could call me somewhat of a deep-discount bargain hunter, but nonetheless, her clothes are nice. She does not make the clothes, she said they're samples. The jewelry she makes, and they're exquisite.

My husband & I purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from this location over 8 years ago. We’ve had nothing but issues with my engagement ring since I first got it. Diamonds are CONSTANTLY falling out (2-3 times a year)6, and every time we take it in to get fixed, I’m without my ring for 6 weeks. We’ve spoken to the manager, Beatrice, several times over the years and one time she actually told my husband “if you have your wife wear her ring less often, the diamonds won’t fall out as often.” EXCUSE ME!?!? Isn’t the point of your ring to be able to wear it for the REST OF YOUR LIFE? And OF COURSE their “go to” for a solution is to upgrade and purchase another ring... but #1 I love my engagement ring, even with all the issues I’ve had with it. It’s special and I don’t really want a replacement. #2 I hate that their solution is to “come spend more money” at their business, especially when they’ve never been particularly good to us. So our only option is to deal w/it and endure, not for Zales Outlet to offer a better solution for the thousands of dollars we spent on our original purchase. DONT spend your money here, go somewhere like Americus or a more reputable jeweler who offers better quality jewelry and service and management!

If you go to Diamonds Direct, ask for Art Drab! He will listen to your needs and find the best ring that fits you. He is never pushy nor steers you to high dollar items. He truly cares about his customers and is so knowledgeable. Art Drab thank you from the bottom of my heart. We were so satisfied with our engagement purchase we went back and bought our marriage rings here as well. I will go see Art for any of my future jewelery needs.

I'm very glad I found Rialto Jewelry! I went in for a ring sizing, they did a great job, very friendly and helpful. They also have beautiful jewelry and engagement rings, I'll definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend them!!

Always very nice everytime my husband and I have visited!

I took my daughter to this location to get ears pierced and it was not good. They pierced one ear perfectly and the other so low that studs were hanging off her earlobe. I called them and asked if they would re-pierce it but they said I would have to pay for another set of earrings..After calling the corporate customer service, they said that I could go back into the store and they would re-pierce free of charge. This time when I went back the lady did a really good job and I had a pleasurable experience.

Ask for Huri or Melody They were the best! Very sweet ladies, not pushy and the prices here are very reasonable!
