Kay's is awesome! I have been going there awhile now and bought almost every time of being there, I've earrings and and other pieces of jewelry and and just recently bought my fiancee's engagement and wedding ring set from there she really pleased. Awesome staff awsome pieces of jewelry and i feel comfortable dealing with that company. I will continue to shop with Kay's when I need jewelry. Thanks Kay's!

My fiancé and I went in early in March to pick out our wedding bands. I have a fairly simple engagement ring and a very sweet girl helped us pick out our rings. She helped me create a Guard and I decided to go ahead and have them clean and redip my ring and solder it to the bands so it would be done. We just got the rings back yesterday and I AM DEVASTATED! My main diamond in my engagement ring looks yellow/brown now! I tried the ring on with the guard rings and it looked just fine but now it looks a completely different color! It doesn’t even look like the same stone. The lady couldn’t even offer an explanation. She kept defending the integrity of their store even though I was CLEARLY upset. She tried cleaning it but that did absolutely nothing. Took it to another jewlers and her explanation didn’t make sense to me either but she said the ring was really dirty so they at least properly cleaned it. My ring has its shine back but the stone still looks a different color. My friend who worked for a jewlers said after looking at it that they BURNED MY DIAMOND!!! It can happen while soldering rings together. Regardless of what happened my ring is now RUINED and I’m furious! If I had known this was going to happen I’d have NEVER had them do anything to it because it looks totally different now. I’m super unsatsfied with my ring and the service wasn’t nearly as friendly as the second place we went to. I’m not risking my jewelry again. My fiancé and I have spent a good bit of money at Zales in preparation for the wedding and I don’t think we are going back. I even showed the lady photos of my ring from when I picked out the bands and you can tell the ring looks different but they wouldn’t give me any explanation!

I was just in yesterday and would like to say Dusty was a very sweet lady who answered all my questions and took the time to show me different ring styles. She made it a very easy going process and even gave me her opinion of what she thought looked best. All in all GREAT customer service on her part!!! Definitely will be back to her in the future!!!

The worst experiance i have ever had. Do not buy here!! Bought a ring for engagement she had it for 31 days and it tarnished. Went to return it and they have yet to refynd my money. The woman stated " Irs floating around in the system, its not sure whose card it belongs too." The best thing you can do is avoid this company. Rip-off!!

My boyfriend and I were just in- first we weren't welcomed in at all. Second, we waited for 30 minutes for someone to become available even though there were two employees free. Third, an older gentleman came in about 15 minutes after us and was helped immediately. We wanted to try on engagement rings, possibly to buy but we will look elseware from now on.

I was just in and I appreciated Emily the sales associate which was helpful, however when I was checking out the shift manager was very opinionated and made negative remarks to my taste of fashion to the point of being extremely uncomfortable, extremely unprofessional and grab my shopping bag and walked me to the door. I don't understand because I'm a regular shopper at this location and I've never been treated like this. I hope this issue will be addressed, you cannot treat your shoppers like that nor profile them. So disappointed.

Went in today to visit Thomas Markle for the first time to have wife's wedding set repaired. Tan was very helpful in explaining what was needed. Very happy with customer service

The lady (Jackie) who work at this location is very rude, horrible, unfriendly and does not know how to speak with customers.Moreover, her behavior is as like as Indian and Chinese store sales associate . I think company need to train her about the customer interaction.....Bottom line is that she is not appropriate person to handle the customer with proper manner and gesture.

Rude people! Disgusting store! Beware of non-authorized charges to your card. They will claim they have no knowledge. I made a return, and they charged me at the same time. Now they have the audacity to claim they don’t know anything about that. Fraudulent store.

Horrible experience with this store! The manager is rude and he needs to take classes on how to communicate with customers! Will NEVER return to this store!!

A fantastic selection in the store and online, huge perks with the warrenty, fair prices, extremely high quality, and the staff is just phenomenal. The staff is super informative and genuinely just nice people. The process was fun instead of stressful. They upselled us a bit but in a way that wasn’t pushy, the recommendation was “more bang for the buck” and I appreciated it.
