Terrible experience. We ordered my husbands wedding band. It took FOREVER for them to get it in. When I would call for updates, I constantly got told they were "very busy and it must not have come in yet". I had to ask them to follow up on the order every time, never offering to do research willingly.

I bought a phone case there tonight that was filled with glitter and liquid for about $25 and after I drove 55 min home I realized that it had a leak and the girl did not give me a receipt (she was nice so I feel bad complaining about her don't want her to get in trouble), so now I'm hoping they will exchange it for one that doesn't leak liquid all over my daughter's expensive iPhone! Will post tomorrow to let everyone know if they let me exchange the faulty merchandise I was sold for one that is not.......
