My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from Reeds Jewelers thirty years ago at Cloverleaf Mall, Richmond VA. For our twenty year anniversary, I upgraded my rings at Reeds at Virginia Center Commons, Richmond, VA (both stores are now out of business). After searching the internet, we found there was a Reeds Jewelers at Southpark Mall in Colonial Heights, VA and thanks to Jo Ann, I upgraded my rings again for our thirty year anniversary. Jo Ann was amazing and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new wedding set. P.S. please don't close this location, I'm sure we will be back for a new set at our 50th Anniversary:) Thanks!!!

This place has always had great deals on amazing pieces! I was especially satisfied whe shopping for a gift for my spouse. Kelsey showed above and beyond customer serivce in helping me pick out the best jewlry. She was enthusiastic friendly and patient. Even offered a discount when concluding the transaction. Horrible customer service. Plus they couldn't be bothered to call and tell me the snow delayed my order so I wasted my time going to pick up something that will be arriving late after waiting 2 long weeks. Additionally they weren't even sure when exactly it will arrive. I was told "hopefully tomorrow"

My experience here was amazing. Evan, the store manager, helped my fiance and me pick our wedding bands out. He took the time to explain details and deal with my picky self. I will always go to this store even if I'm closer to another!

I went and was nervous and scared to get my 2nd hole done but it was amazing and my consultant was absolutely amazing it didn't hurt at all and plus she gave great care advice

Kay Jewelers

I have shopped at Kay's at Short Pump several times. The employees have always treated me with respect, they have also gone above what I feel is expected when I have asked questions or had concerns. I will continue to shop at this particular Kay's.

We are grateful to have a Kay Jeweler in Newtown. We appreciate their willingness to change our watch batteries whenever needed. The staff is pleasant and do not pressure us. We don’t feel awkward walking in and looking around. It’s nice to have a no-pressure jeweler in Newtown.

my daughter has some custom earrings designed for me for Christmas last year and they are beautiful. They created them to match the descriiption she gave and my personality. Also, in response to the other review about charging for sizing of rings. I don't know of any jeweler who doesn't charge to size rings. If you have to make them bigger you need to add the metal, gold, silver or whatever and that doesn't come free to the jewelers.

Have had great service here, he's designed a ring for me, he took my mother's old and destroyed wedding ring and made a lovely charm. Only jeweler I'll go to.
