We have been going to Ben Bridge for years! At times have had to wait, but well worth the service that we have received. Val is amazing! She has gone out of her way to "keep secrets" helped design an amazing custom necklace pendant, wrapped gifts and always are very courteous. We will continue to go there for years to come.

I agree with Krystina Colicchio. I was drawn in by the artwork and was actually interested in buying a few pieces. The owner however treated me cold and as though I was about to steal from her. I am not sure whether she was jumping to these conclusions from my appearance as she did not seem to treat her previous customer the same. However for that reason I decided I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

My husband bought an anniversary band as a Christmas gift & we went back in today to get it sized. My husband had Bonnie help him last week & he said she was wonderful! Very nice, helpful & great customer service. Today we had Felicia (I believe was her name) & she was very nice, professional & helped me with everything we needed! I'm excited to get the beautufil band back next week!

I took a beloved ring into Idar for repair and after seeing and admiring the wonderful jewellery it was decided I would have a new ring made using what was able to be saved from my own ring. I now have a calla lily ring (my hubby's favourite flower) and a friend admired it so much she now has her own ring. We compliment each other's often. Thanks to everyone who made this happen for me.

My Father a couple years ago I believe it was 4 years ago recommended me to go take a look at AAA stamp and coin jewellery. I had called ahead of time to make an appointment with Dee, and was very happy with my visit. Dee had taken the time to organize her many rings in stock and my fiance and mother as well took our time looking through, finally deciding on a beautiful solitaire diamond engagement ring. Dee is a gemologist so you can trust completely she knows her rings and stones for sure! My ring was flawless absolutely, no comparison to what they had offered in other stores! I also have received endless compliments on the stones quality. Dee also explained the grading and quality of stones that were used in the making of my ring. I have been in contact with her many times with Dee since our initial meetings finding the absolute perfect band to match. I have found her and her husband extremely kind and helpful with me and my many visits. Today I had been in again and chose my final bands and also my future hubbys. They are perfect in every way and so beautiful and unique (not the ones you see everyday)! I highly suggest if you are purchasing jewellery to go to AAA stamp and coin jewellery! Can't wait for another visit!

Found the problem with my watch and fixed it in less than 10 min. Doesn't rip you off either

Im quite pleased with my recent purchases. I was concerned about how Upscale inspected the furniture taken on consignment, specifically if cigarette smoke was on the list. I was also interested in how they rated an item as excellent condition, normal wear, etc. The staff answered my questions & seemed very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend Upscale Consignment as an excellent resource for both a purchase or consignment.

Had a very negative experience with another jeweller that gave me a custom made ring that had blemishes and pock marks, and who told me they could not fix it. I took it in to Old N Gold and was immediately told that there was no reason it shouldn't or couldn't be flawless. A mere 40$ restored my ring to perfection. They were very friendly and prompt. Thank you Old N Gold!
