When my fiancé picked out my engagement ring he was helped by Charlotte at the beginning of the week, according to him she did a wonderful job and was extremely helpful. We will always go to Charlotte for anything else we might need. Three days after purchasing, my fiancé and I called to see how long it would take to get my ring sized. The women on the phone at this same location, her name was Marqueeda, informed us it would take 2 weeks while Charlotte said it would only take 5 days. My fiancé began to ask why it would take 2 weeks instead of 5 days and before he could finish his sentence he was interrupted by Marqueeda saying "What don't you understand? It will take 2 weeks." My fiancé asked for her manager because she was raising her voice and being incredibly rude. She informed us that the manager was not there, so we asked for another associate, we were told the other associate was with a customer. So my fiancé asked for her name, at this point she HUNG UP. Called back, he asked her again for her name, she gave her name and he asked how she spelled it, at this point the associate Marqueeda said "yes sir, thank you sir, have a great day, goodbye". And HUNG UP again. So the associate made it seem like she was having a friendly conversation with a customer, I assume so her other associates would not hear what was really going on. Calling back an hour later we get to speak to the manager who informs us that Marqueeda can be abrupt and that this is not the first time she has been complained on, and that she will take care of her. Kay Jewelers Corprate telephone line has been made aware of the situation and has been extremely helpful. This review is not to down the company, but to highlight the way this particular store allows their employees to interact with customers.

*******BUYERS BEWARE******* I purchased a gold rope with a cross from this store. The owner insured me that if anything happened to this necklace , if it breaks ,turns colors, etc, I would have a lifetime warranty and that it would be replaced. Well, it broke, I drove 3 hours to get my replacement and he says oh I will fix it for you. That was not what he guaranteed or promised. I guess he will tell you anything to get you to swipe!!!..I had my receipt and he still would not HONOR HIS WORD!!!...I definitely would not recommend buying jewelry from this kiosk/jewelry counter!...BUYERS BEWARE!

My husband and I had our rings custom made by Rami and Young and they were fabulous. They patiently worked with us to tweak the designs here and there, while also giving use sound advice regarding material and settings that would work best with our lifestyles (and budget!). They are a true pleasure to work with and echo all of the other reviews and comments. I highly recommend you check them out.

The worst experience at a Jewelary store. I was told to come and pick up the items, when I get there there is a long waiting time. The ordering process was not any better. My last time in this store.

Horrible! Sent my sister a ring that didn't fit and because she didn't have the hard copy of the receipt they didn't help her. They were nasty to her. Don't waste your time with the employees at this location shopping there is NO FUN.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! THE REDHEADED MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND NASTY. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW SHE HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR 6 YEARS. SHE IS SUCH A NIGHTMARE...FIRE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE MAKES ME WANT TO RETURN ALL MY JEWLRY AND GO TO KAYS OR JARED, I JUST MIGHT!!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN UNTIL SHE IS GONE.

Took in two rings for some repairs and was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the work was. When I picked up my jewelry, it looked better than I could have imagined! My diamonds REALLY sparkled!!! The repairs were well done, and my platinum ring was polished and looked like it did when I first got it thirty years ago!
