Good selection, good prices, friendly and informative staff. I really like that the jewelry has warranty included. I've switched out my belly ring several times when the dangle broke and they are always really helpful.

I got my helix pierced by Jocelyn and se also reopened my lobe piercings that had grown in rather than repiercing them. She was really professional and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. They were also very informative while the piercing was happening, and also about all the aftercare information.

If I could give them zero stars I would. A $300 bracelet broke after 2 months and They tried to tell me a broken link wasn't normal wear and tear. Low quality products at a high price that apparently should only last 2 months. Absolutely no help and the technicians couldn't be bothered to help. Don't waste your time with this company.

Do not buy lifetime warranty if ur one day late on the maintenance u void ur warranty. Also if u lose ur receipt it gets stole etc. They have no way of knowing because they don't put it on the computer

While other jewellers charged so much, and sent their jewellery to a third party, these people did everything in house. I had 3 broken necklaces and a watch that needed a new battery. I dropped it off, and picked it up in an hour for a great price. They were both friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed anything done.

I went to Shimmer Jewellery looking for someone to repair a necklace chain that had snapped. Ed not only fixed the chain (you can't even tell it was ever broken) He polished it up, (as well as the matching bracelet) all done in a quick and timely manner for a very reasonable price. Will definitely return and would recommend to everyone!
