I brought my 5 month old to them to get her ears pierced...the ladies were very professional and made sure it was done correctly. The ladies were very nice and I felt comfortable with them, I would recommend these ladies to anyone wanting their ears pierced.

I bought a ring from their special designer and it was broken before I could even try it on, I put my pearl in it and it was falling out when I went to wear it the first time. I took my ring in to get fixed and have had it on for three days and it is currently turning my finger green, the ring never turned my finger before so, today I'm going BACK to give them my ring for ANOTHER THREE WEEKS and I haven't even had it FOR A MONTH NOW.

The owner was extremely nice. I had a feeling by the look on his face, he saw that something bad was going to happen. Someone stole a similar ring a long time ago. So I was extremely happy that I finally found that gorgeous ring. His associate was very sweet to me as well!! ;)

Jean the bird looking associate in the front was horrible!!!!! She made me feel like I was stealing, constantly next to me looking over my shoulder.... not to mention her style!!! There's no way I would want fashion advice from her. Definitely to old to work in the retail industry or looks like it at least.... Bad experience none the less.

My experience at Direct Jewelry Outlet was very pleasant and informative. They educated me a lot on the 4 C's of diamond purchasing and were very friendly and not-pushy.

Amazing service every time. They made a custom wedding band for me to match my rather unique engagement ring and did a fantastic job. My engagement ring has required maintenance and repairs from time to time and other shops have done pretty bad damage to it, unfortunately, so now we prefer driving here from Georgia because they’re the only place we trust!
