Too jewelry there for repais and the lost my big lapas pendant. When i called to speak yo them i mever got a returned call. They stated i never droped it off. I asked for copies of my receipts and it is listed on the recipt. Go else where. The repairs they made on my other items were not done the best either. Poor service and poor job on the repairs.

Went to look at a Seiko watch. At first the staff ignored me, then rudely asked what I wanted when I had to ask. They seemed annoyed that I wanted to see one of the watches. Turns out it was priced over $600 more than listed on Amazon anyways... don't waste your time, they obviously don't want your business!

They are so knowledgeable and friendly here, and they have an INCREDIBLE selection of truly unique (and gorgeous) vintage jewelry. Highly recommended.

The girls here are very sweet! My daughter and I love the managers bubbly personality and it’s always a joy to stop by, even to just say hello! After dealing with many negative experiences at the Washington Square location, I was honestly a tad weary about coming to this one! To my surprise, it was an infinitely better shopping experience and I’m happy to call this Pagoda my go-to location!

There customer service here is very bad! I called asking questions about the rings they had in their stores and they didn’t want to give me any information over the phone. They Begin to tell me they have other customers in there store and if I wanted more information I had to come in. When I brought up a sale that was going to be going on which was 25% off I asked her for the price of a ring and she told me it would be 200 dollars. She was WAY OFF! there manager Elizabeth told me she couldn’t give me anymore information because it was time for her lunch and told me to call the store back in about 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! I have never ever been treated that way EVER! I will not recommend going here at all! I’ve been working very close with corporate trying to replace my ring, they recommended me to call around stores instead of driving to all different locations and this is the customer service I get. I will bring this up with corporate and trying to take this higher up!

I have been going here since high school. My only jeweler that I have ever used/had. Harry Ritchies is the best, and a great way to start building your credit profile.
