In the summer of 2013, my fiancé told me he wanted to buy me a ring. I knew immediately that I wanted Melissa Caron to design one for us. I had walked past her wee shop many times and fallen in love with her whimsical, exquisite jewellery. There were two rings she had made that we particularly loved, and so we decided to combine our favourite elements of the two into a single design. The process was totally collaborative from the initial consultation and sketches, through the choosing of the stone, to the final fitting. Melissa made the whole experience a joy, and was as excited by the finished piece as we were! What's more, her prices are very reasonable, especially considering the time and effort that she puts into each design. Great hand crafted artisan jewelry at fair prices

So, I came into Handley's for the first time this year for a Valentine's gift and I found a black cat sculpture that looked nice ( I normally go in 3-6 times a year). I asked (who I believe was Handley herself) what the sculpture was made of? I didn't know what OPEE on the sticker meant. Her response was, "None of Your Business." Well, thanks for nothing. I don't know if I got profiled for being 6ft. tall and bearded, but being dismissed with,"None of your business", did not make my day. I've been going to Handley's since I was knee high, 30 years now. I think that was my last purchase, GL Handley.

O-M-G I have found my jeweler from the 90's...Rob Smith. Cannot wait to amass my jewelery collection again, with his amazing designs! My beautiful diamond and platnium ring is now being lovingly repaired! Absolutely the best creative jeweler in the city!!!

It is my first time in this store and just trying to look around and see what's going on. The lady named Jadyn was very friendly as well as her other colleagues. There was a few customers shopping as well, however, these two ladies are very helpful trying to help thier customer. After observing them, I can tell thier customer are being appreciated. I think it is great because one thing for sure, that when the customer feel welcome Usually they will buy something even though they don't need it. My fiance purchased our wedding rings at the this kay jewlers. I have had to send my ring back from there 4 times. The first time they sent it back to me with a bent setting, which is unacceptable. It came back two times like that. My fiance has had to send his ring back twice, because they forgot to put it back through the polisher so it was gauged up and scratched. The second time the manager had the audacity to say, you really want to send it back for that scratch. And made an accusatory remark that I had caught my ring in the bedsheets which could have caused my setting to be bent, after my fiance had brought up all the issues we have had so far and wanted and explanation for such terrible "repairs" on the rings that signify our unity. Do your self a favor and make the trip to the Olympia mall and visit that kay jewlers for professional, courteous service. Don't waste your time going to the Centralia kay jewlers!!!
