I had a great experience here. I knew what I wanted and they didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t. I worked with Fazken Krikorian there and he was very friendly, patient, and gave me objective information. Since I didn’t live in the area I appreciate the time they took with me to go through all my options, ask questions, and go through the process without feeling rushed. I just proposed Thursday to my now fiancé. Fazken and Mervis Diamonds helped to make it happen.

I have purchased a number of pieces from these jewelers and being Hawaiian and from Hawaii myself I appreciated not having to travel back home to get some Hawaiian jewerly. What I don't appreciate it when you're coming in for service. I brought my wife's wedding ring in for a cleaning. They informed us that they would have to send it out to be cleaned. After 6 weeks of waiting, we called an inquired about her ring. She was informed that they don't know where the ring is. This phone calls back and forth went on for about 6 months, finally being resolved with them finding the ring. They informed her that there would be no charge for the cleaning. To say I was offended and upset would be an understatement. You misplaced my wife's wedding ring for 6 months and you expect me to pay for that? Are you kidding me? I thought that maybe this was a unique situation. A necklace and pendant I had purchased broken. The pendant broke off, but the actual necklace was in tact. I went by on the 12th of May to have them repair it. I was told that it would take 3 weeks for them to recieve it. I waited for the 3 weeks and then called to inquire as to when it would be ready. They informed me that they hadn't heard back so they didn't even know if they recieved it yet. They said they would call me back when they found out. I recieved a call on June 21st that not only were they not done fixing it, it would be 6-8 weeks longer. Not sure if and when I will see my necklace and pendant back, but during the phone conversation yesterday, they made it a point to say multiple times that I wouldn't be charged for the repair. I'm not sure if they are familiar with their guarantee in regards to their products that have a lifetime warranty against defects. For such POOR service and POOR communication I will probably never shop there again, returning only for cleanings, but never for things that they have to send out.

Love taking classes at Mainly Clay. Classes are fun and affordable and the staff are all super fun and patient!

The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted. Have only made one return in my years of visiting Smith Jewelers, but did so with ease. I've also had a number of repairs done and the quality of their work was exceptional!

This is my now go to jeweler! My wedding ring needed a new band and was extremely delicate and they did an amazing job and were very affordable! The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive as well. They also gave me multiple options to help me financially! I more than recommend them!

My fianceé and I went to several Fink's stores in the DMV area and didn't find what we were looking for until we went to the Fink's at Fredericksburg and met Taylor. She was phenomenal! I proposed to my fianceé with a loose diamond (that I also bought at Fink's) and she made the engagement ring buying process much less stressful than we were making it. My fianceé didn't have an idea on what kinda ring she wanted, but Taylor walked us through finding the one that was perfect for us. We decided to have one custom made. Throughout the whole process of having it crafted and the stone set, she kept us informed. When it came time to pick up the completed ring, she made special arrangements so that I fianceé could get it without any issues as I work late. She even had gifts waiting when we came back in to do the paperwork. Taylor is so awesome that we've given her a nickname and refer to her as "our friend TNT." We've even going back to the Fink's a Fredericksburg to shop for our wedding bands.

I got my ears pierced here for my 8th birthday. Long story short, I’ve moved out of state since then and if I go back, well, I won’t ever come back here to get another piercing. If I were to summarize my experience; it was really expensive (about $100 including the cleaner and 2 packs of earrings), hurt really bad because a type of piercing gun was used, and easily got infected. It’s been 5 years since the experience and even now changing earrings is a horrible experience because there is a part of the inside my ear that wasn’t even pierced! Won’t go back again. I recently got my second holes pierced at a local tattoo shop and not only was it cheap, it was also practically pain-free. Parents, don’t take your kids here. It seems like it’s a nice kid-friendly place for your little one to get a piercing and have a nice experience, but I would recommend a tattoo parlor despite the possibly intimidating atmosphere around tattoo parlors, I would rather have gone to a tattoo parlor with an intimidating atmosphere surrounding to get a good job than go to a cutesy kid’s store to get a less than amazing job done for a ridiculous price.

I LOVE coming to this store. It has become my favorite place in the mall. The customer service is awesome. The manager, Rachel, is so accommodating, and friendly. She always makes you feel welcome as soon as you come in, and strikes up coversation so easily! And I always end up buying more things than I need 😂. (She is definitely in the right profession.) Every time I need something, or run out of my favorite perfume, I look forward to going to Francesca’s.

Very rude, unprofessional and WILL never ever get any of my coins again. Long story short, systems were down & was advised they needed to manually enter my credit card info. I signed the key pad but still couldn’t figure out why she needed to write down my card info... two days later another charge appeared. Called and spoke with Cindy who advised i needed to WAIT.... excuse me come again ?! Corporate call again today

Wonderful experience with Kat R! Some of the other staff tries a little too hard to sell but Kat was very helpful, friendly, and personable. Store has a good selection of nice looking rings.

Worst customer service ever!! Bought wedding ring set back March 2014. Had to have it repaired that September. Had the run around getting it repaired took 2 months. Then had to have the repaired again in May 2016. Its taking 6 weeks to get them back. Every time I call they can't find my order, they are rude and very unpleasant to talk to. They don't have a care in the world about their customers. Would never go back to them or purchase anything from them again.
