Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't get our engagement ring there but the resized it (around $60 compared to the original place wanted over 200.). Also the tested the diamonds for us. Definitely a place to put your mind at ease.

Unprofessional and rude. I recently travelled to Perth to have my nieces ears pierced at Burns Jewellers, as they are the only place in Perth that does it ( or at least that the locals knew about). When he asked us to take a look at the marking where the earring would go, my sister made a gentle suggestion to move it a little, and he responded with a " ... you're kidding me right?" *combined with wide eyes and attitude.* He then pierced the first side. When my niece started crying he immediately threw his hands in the air and said " I'm done! Here is your other earring, come back another time" and walked away. I was shocked and appalled at the unprofessional, and just plain rude customer service. This is not my first time with awful service from Burns Jewellers. My advice is to take your money somewhere else where they might actually want you as a return customer.

Great location and free parking

Worst purchase experience in my life. Prices aren't on the merchandise so they can screw you any way they choose. Against my better judgement I bought the engagement ring because my fiance was in love with it. Bought the extended warranty and everything. Was excited to get the rewards to use on her wedding band but nothing looked right with her engagement ring. Sales woman told us she would call if she got in something that would work with it but didn't. My fiance walked in the store 2 weeks after the rewards had expired (without me) and found a perfect match for her ring and bought it. They didn't honor her rewards which would have saved us a considerable amount of money. I called the store manager today and they wouldn't do anything for us so I called corporate. Corporate also did nothing for me. Bottom line: We will NEVER purchase from Kay's again as long as we live. Go to Zales, their prices are clearly marked and I have always received top notch customer service there. It's too bad they didn't have the ring she wanted.

I have loved Paris since a trip there & always find a new keychain or journal with the Eiffel Tower on it. Many cute items for my young granddaughter are found there as well.
