Dr. Alexander is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything from why I was in pain to how he would treat me. His treatments are incredibly effective and I highly recommend him!

I have taken several classes with various instructors at Amethyst: yoga, aerial yoga, erotic dance and belly dancing. What I noticed the most at the studio was how friendly and welcome everyone is regardless of shape or size. I have actually gained body confidence while attending classes which is something I attribute to the awesome instructors. There is a wide variety of classes to choose and I would encourage anyone to give them a try

I had some really bad back pain which made it very uncomfortable to bend over, sit up straight, and sometimes even sleep. I went in for one session with Diana and She was very helpful and pleasant despite me showing up a bit late. She worked on a few key muscles and showed me some stretches to focus on and a week later I've noticed a dramatic difference. Hardly feel any tension at all now. Neala is very approachable. She has educated my family and I on the benefits of yoga for mental health, Stress, and Anxiety. We are happy to have her as a yoga therapy instructor.

It is always a guaranteed fun and challenging workout led by amazing trainers who take the time to get to know you and support you regardless if you've been going to NWF for 2 years or 2 days. I leave each class feeling stronger, happier, and inspired. Stacy, the owner, has fostered a unique blend of workout and work"in" as she says, come and try it out and you will be hooked!

Owner really takes care of the place, the preacher curl machine padding is somewhat damaged and they got it replaced, I'm very impressed.

This is a professional boutique fitness studio and a great community of clients and staff. I'm glad I found it.

Great price, the have two beautiful squash courts there that can be booked. Two squat racks, rowing machines, lots of free weights and a protein bar. Prices are good and staff are friendly. Gets busy in the afternoon but it's large so there's always somewhere to workout. Nothing glamorous, just a classic gym.

I LOVE the natural fabric and unique styles that Nomads Hemp Wear offer! The clothes are comfortable, stylish and true to size. The fit is always prefect and flattering. Recently, I moved to a rural area from the city so I am no longer able to buy this brand in any store near me so I tried their online ordering. I had no issues and everything fit true to size. My order arrived very fast (only 4 days from the day I placed the order) which was impressive!!! I will definitely be ordering from their online service again. 5 stars in my books!!!!!

Polite and friendly staff, gym is a bit busy but they had a sufficient amount of gym equipment to keep a constant selection.
