Great experience at MINI Downtown last week. My 2012 MINI Cooper S Convertible had been running a bit rough with a intermittent check engine light. Stalled a few times on startup and felt generally unhealthy. Tyler and the Downtown team did a thorough assessment bumper to bumper. They replaced the thermostat, took care of a water pump recall, and checked everything for leaks. All covered under my extended warranty. Love the detailed inspection videos they send as well. Got the snows put on and was all set. Only other comment, I wish their shuttle service ran until 6pm to avoid the subway/streetcar at pickup Thanks again guys.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Everyone who I encountered with was very friendly and professional and ready to help me. Especially, Paul who helped me with setting up the car from beginning till the end exceeded my expectation in every aspect. Highly recommend, I could give 500 stars if I had the option to.

tried to buy a $50k plus car from them and they would not even let me have it inspected before paying for the car. Would not even let me put a deposit down pending the outcome of an inspection. Treated me very rude on the phone and then said we are not selling you the car and hung up the phone.

Initial contact was great, I requested info on a Used Vehicle by email and the CarFax was sent over promptly along with some addition info on the car. Showroom is very clean, there is a comfortable waiting area and the sales offices are private. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I am on my way home after a two hour drive to this hole in the wall dealer, after finding out that the $17,000 car we were looking at was branded - ie. written off. Good luck getting insurance on that and don't hope for any sort of factory warranty (even though it was a 2016 model). Four hours could have been saved if he was forthcoming in his advertisement, or on one of the two occasions he spoke with my husband on the phone. Also, we were initially planning to arrive at 10am when they opened, until the owner called to reschedule to 1pm sure to an "important meeting". He arrived 15 minutes late in navy blue spandex capris and a muscle shirt, undoubtedly from this important meeting. Needless to say, we did not even take the car out.
