Sweet guys...exceptional service

My friend and I went to this store and inquired about getting some cards laminated, cut and put on rings. We were quoted $20 plus tax and information was written down. I was informed I could pick up the sets of cards the following day. So I popped in and was told now it cost $50 and nothing was cut or put together. I spoke to the owner about at least a phone call to say the cost was more than double. He said he knew nothing about it. So I did the work myself. I am happy I know people in business to warn them not to come here. As they don’t even look for your paperwork. Please consider going to a more reputable business if you have anything important to you that honours their word. Thank you.

I was waiting for all day at home to receive a really important package. And of course they even didn't call by my buzz number, just left a note. Now I supposed to spend more time tomorrow to pick up it from their office. I am so tired of this courier company.
