Great optical care. Full service facility, well equipped with opticians, also available for full eye examinations. Extremely busy place. Good selection of frames. Been going here for years.

Great customer service and fairly priced glasses. They might not have high-end brands there, but the glasses I got there were definitely high quality. My brother, wife and myself got our glasses there.

Not upfront about their pricing. Would not have gone through with operation if they would have been clear with the price. Would not deal with this place again.

Michael Webb and his team do an amazing job helping out patients who need ocular prosthetics done. I have suffered from a whole slew of ocular conditions - cataracts, retinal detachments, dislocated IOL's, glaucoma, corneal edema, hypotony, etc. since I was a young teenager and the trauma from the many surgeries have left one of my eyes in a condition beyond repair. I was at first skeptical of how much of a difference an ocular prosthetic would make, but after several months with my new prosthetic, it has truly breathed new life into my ocular comfort and how I feel. In addition, Michael is a truly genuinely warm-hearted and helpful man. It is clear he loves what he does - and he does so incredibly well. He is a true professional, a wonderful human being with the best bedside manner, and I feel confident under his care. I would highly recommend his talent and care to anyone without reservation.

You can tell that Henri is not only very professional and values his customers but also that he is very knowledgeable. Le service en français est un autre plus très appréciable. I definitely recommend it!

Booked my appointment online last week, which happened to land up on Labor day ( can you believe they were open). Then they email you the confirmation and text you a reminder later that week. I landed up getting there early, where the woman at the front counter was sooo helpful, she helped me pick out 4 pairs of frames, one being for sunglasses. Saw the optometrist ( Dr. Melissa Le), she was wonderful as well. At the end of everything i got 3 pairs of regulator prescription, 1 pair of sunglasses prescription, a soft case, a set of extra arms and my exam ran me 328$. And to top it off they were able to connect to my insurance company online and bill them directly. It was an awesome experience, will recommend to everyone. And to boot, i love all the different interchangeable colors of arms that i can mix up with my frames.

I searched all over Toronto and keep coming back over the years for best styles and prices. I would recommend them highly.

I had been a client at tri-optical for the last 5 yrs at least. Not anymore unfortunately. At the Somerset location, they took my prescription and told me they would call me back whenever my contacts come in. They never called only for me to find out that their location is temporarily closed. I called their T&T location, and told them exactly what had happened. Michael talked to me in the most aggressive rude manner. I told him I didn’t appreciate how he talked and I would probably take my business somewhere else. He hung up on me without any hesitation. When I called back and asked why he did that, he said “well you said you were taking your business somewhere else”. Avoid Michael. Definitely not going back.
