Sage Optical Inc

Went there to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses but I didn't like the fact that the gentleman who was assisting me wanted to know how much coverage I have before showing me the sunglasses. I swear not one of the sunglasses were below my coverage limit.

My family (parents & sister & I) have been going to Apollo for probably close to 25 years now, even though we were originally living well out of town. My sister and I now live in the City and we still go here along with our own families. Great service, ALWAYS.

Very poor customer service received. They ordered glasses that I didn't request. I didn't request an order at all. The customer service provider placed the order on my credit card without my permission. No apologies were received by the property party.

Customer service was poor. Good selection of glasses, but they ripped me off when it came to prices. They wanted to charge me $644.02 on a pair of glasses that I got for $250 somewhere else. The frame itself was $213, how the heck did my lenses cost $431.02? Never go here.
