Eyewear & Opticians

My father had just lost his job and my mother went in to get glasses before the insurance went out. She was visibly having a hard time. Their employee Jessica was the kindest and most helpful person I've seen. She sat down with us and found discounts for us so we could afford the glasses for our family. She spent more time with us than most people would want and didn't bat an eye about it. I hope they let her know how crucial her kindness was to us. They made me a customer for life.

I haven't received my glasses yet, so I am only reviewing the service, which was exceptional! I had been putting off shopping for eye glasses as I had no idea where to buy from, or what style I'd like. I had a coupon for 50% off, so decided to try The Bay, and had such a great experience. Eileen was extremely helpful, and was able to help me find the perfect pair. Thank you!

Really good grocery store, everything you need. However, in the summer they hardly ever have any whole-wheat hotdog/hamburger buns in stock

I have been coming to the DeWitt location for many years. Have always had the best experience dealing with Cory C. for my eyecare needs. People like her are the the ones responsible for the continued growth of companies and have people coming back repeatedly due to the exceptional customer service that they provide. My sincere thanks to her and her team. I am sure that under her leadership, there will undoubtedly be an even greater growth in the number of satisfied customers and the growth of revenue. Cassey was massively helpful and went out of her way to ensure that I left the store content. Thank you so much!

love this place. you get what you pay for. beautiful and fresh produces and meats, friendly and knowledgeable staff and lots of open cashier.

Good service

My 3 daughters love Joe Fresh active wear!!

Very expensive prices high

Worst service!! They don't even answer you properly even if you are genuinely interested in making a purchase!! Not at all helpful.

Always a pleasant experience. We love Dr Patton. His office is very helpful. Prices and selections are excellent. Would definitely recommend American Eyewear!

I needed my glasses adjusted after they took some hits at a concert, and they did that, replaced the pads, and cleaned them up good as new in just a few minutes.

BS!!! I went there one year and I got the best service. I had an appt today and I get there and the lady at the counter tells me the computer moved my appt but I have an e-mail that says today at 11:20am. I never got a phone call or anything about changing my appt. Don't they know people have busy lives and I just wasted gas going there and end up having to go back home. You are humans. Take control of technology, don't let it control you.

Not only is this location friendly, but they take the time out to explain things and give you many options. I never felt rushed, and I felt like they truly cared about my experience. This is the only place I will go for glasses, even though it is a little bit out of my way.

My first time meeting David Lai, O.D. very personable and very educational! The staff is very friendly and overall a five star experience!
