Eyewear & Opticians

They are great. They have great customer services,. I just wish they had Gucci or Tom Ford's here

I enjoy my visit each time. Seems there is always something new to buy or look at. I like the Joe Fresh line as well. The self check outs are quick.

Quick and efficient service! Replaced my frames in a pinch ! Will be back to this service provider!

Usually i have a decent interaction with them, but I haven’t used their services in over a year so I’m not sure what happened... The staff is usually nice, there seem to be 1 or 2 new staff right now that are unsure of some things, though. I also looked up the time it closed on Saturday and the website stated 6pm. I came in to work early and missed out dinner due to a tight schedule that day in hopes to pick up my contacts and glasses before the time that was stated as the closing time (I waited almost two weeks for my items, and they didn’t call me when they came in like they said they would which was also super inconvenient because if I was called when they came in I would have had time to pick them up way before they closed) and come to find out they closed well before 6pm. I could have saved myself time & eaten dinner before work if the content about their business hours was correct but it wasn’t. It’s just pretty inconvenient & unprofessional. Spoke with a manager of Sears who wasn’t really sure why the time was incorrect but also didn’t provide me with a resolution. Like I said the staff is fine it’s just the way they handle things that makes it unpleasant to deal with.

Knowledgeable staff, great stuff!

Went in just too look around and ended up leaving with a pair of rayban sunglasses thanks to the Manager Samantha for the great customer service and advice. A very clean store.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The staff here really know what they're doing, and never hesitate to give their customers a hand. Above and beyond customer service. Madhu, Charlotte, and Rowan answered all my questions, and really made my visit enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Decent selection of frames. The woman who was assisting me seemed nice. She helped me with the glasses that appealed to me. But then ended off the conversation with announcing how large my head was (i know) and how unflattering they looked on me. Then using that as a sales tactic to market their services. Felt pretty self conscious afterwards. Then left with nothing. Well I guess online shopping it is.

Staff is pleasant had a great experience was not uncomfortable in any way. And love my new glasses. Very helpful staff. And work with what you can afford.

They are great very good prices thx

Staff was very friendly and patient with me ! They answered all my questions with a smile and helped me get the best deal. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend this location to everyone :)

Always nice to shop for glasses with no hassle or pressure. Love the prices as well

I highly recommend Designers Optical for the best service, choice, quality, and value for one's investment. I would entrust them with ensuring the best possible lenses and frames for any member of my family. Shiraz and team use their knowledge, experience, and customer-focus to collaborate with each person on the best quality lenses and frames to suit their unique vision needs, lifestyle, and image. They offer unique purchase plans for coverage in case of prescription changes, which I have benefited from after some eye surgeries. They work hard to ensure that the lens quality, frame, and fitting is just right. I see much better with higher-quality lenses, and I continue to have endless compliments about my unique eye wear. For someone like me who has worn glasses all my life and has had eye surgery a few times, being able to see well and feel fashionable about it without other people even knowing my eye issues is a wonderful feeling. Thank you!

Great selection of styles. Lots of personal attention to make the best choice for me and my family.

Excellent customer service every time.

Probably the best Zehrs store in Cambridge. Functionally organized, good selection and prepared food is well stocked throughout the day.
