Flooring

I highly recommend this company. We had a great experience from start to finish (including a problem that was resolved quickly). How often can one say that? We replaced the carpets and laminate flooring with hardwood throughout our 2 story home. Aspen has a wonderful selection of flooring to choose from in their showroom, and prices are comparable with other companies. Jim Pincoe, our Sales Representative at Aspen, was very knowledgeable and so helpful as we proceeded through the estimate, choosing the flooring, to installation and completion. (All done within a six week period). He was a pleasure to deal with. Our flooring was installed by Ray. He is a master at his craft. He takes pride in his work and boy does it show. I love love love my new flooring! Thank you Aspen, Jim and Ray. It was indeed a pleasure. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Helpful? Yes No

Excellent products, Canadian made

they have best rate for contractors and home owners and amazing service

Poor service. No communication at all. Wouldn't answer phone or texts and would not return calls. Said furniture would be here and it wasn't, twice. Farah could have let us know he wouldn't be coming on the days he said he would, but that would require respect and care for other people's time. One star is too many.

This company Burns there scrap material which ends up covering the local houses/yards/GARDENS! that are down wind from this horrible polluter. It smells awful and consists of burnt wood cinders that are carried and visible on the windshield of your car in the morning after a night of their habitual burning. I had to sell my house on Gilbert Street and move because I value my health.

Excellent selection, friendly staff

Excellent Service & Product !!! We were so happy with the final product. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new floor.

The best flooring design business in the Niagara Region!

Very poor service; I had to have them back 3 times to fix things at the time of installation, and one of the tiles cracked in less then a year. I have not rec'd any response to my emails regarding the cracked tile.

They did a fantastic job installing and very polite guys no objections at all

I wanted to refinish my floors so I googled companies that refinish floors locally. I went to the website that has an ask a question option. I wanted to ask a question since there is no photo gallery or much description of their work but that didn't work. So I emailed the company asking about refinishing floors using their email address and I was emailed back saying they don't do that kind of work. I just contacted another local company. I likely wouldn't have used a company that doesn't have a proper website anyway since it's a critical advertising tool.

Golden Eagle restored the 118 year old maple floors in my main living area beautifully. They were professional, resonably priced and neat. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I hopefully discover more hardwood throughout the house. Thanks Matt and crew!
