Flooring

We bought a home full of carpet from Sam @ Magic Carpet in 2011. 7 years later we are moving and after numerous furniture moves there were many bumps in the carpeting from sliding the furniture. We needed those removed for the house showings. I stopped in and Sam remembered me and within 24 hours had one of his expert installers at my home and completely removed the bumps. THIS is the kind of personal service that is lacking with those big box carpet stores. Our next home will definitely need new carpet and you know exactly who I will be calling. Thank you Sam for your professional customer care and for doing something that other stores would have balked at doing. Well done. Roger Lanyon Grosse Pointe Park

Wonderful people at Kapalua Floors. My floors look beautiful, very happy with my experience.

Great staff & professional install process!! Highly recommend!

They did a really good installation job. Really impressed with the level of work.

We were impressed by their customer service, product knowledge and listening skills. They helped us find and select the correct carpet for our dining room at a very reasonable price. We are totally satisfied with our selection.

Smithwood Floors refinished flooring in my master bedroom as well as my hallway. We were quoted an amazing price compared to other flooring companies and we were able to have Smithwoods team come in and complete the work the next week.I would highly recommend using Smithwood Floors for anybody’s flooring needs as the new floors look stunning and the price is unbeatable. Thank you Bill Schinas and your team!

I had an excellent experience with Ernie, Joe and the installer Imad. Ernie was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a floor and underpadding to meet condo regulations. Joe was friendly and offered help when the outside installer I had hired didn't show up. He set me up with Imad who matched the price and did everything in one day, including moving furniture and installing baseboards and quarter round. I highly recommend this store for a great selection and great customer service.

We received good advice when our insurance agent referred us to Noor Arfeen at Ultra Carpet & Flooring. We were searching for someone to replace hardwood flooring that had been damaged when a dishwasher leaked. An Ultra installer arrived when scheduled, took care when moving a refrigerator, carefully removed the warped hardwood, and accepted requests and suggestions graciously when selecting and installing the new hardwood. He finished the work quickly, tidied up nicely and shared some charming stories about his life in Poland and Canada, even though he barely took a break to drink his coffee.

Really great selection and prices. Knowledgable and helpful staff, every time I go there I leave with a smile :)

Was referred by a friend. However my experience had been terrible. They broke several paintings and took them in the basement without telling me. Had to pay to get them fixed. Will look in your eyes and lie. Very poor flooring. Called several times for them to come and examine and do work with no response. Promises from them to return never realized. Don't be fooled they charge market value without guarantees. Would not recommend them

Amazing service. I have been using Kennedy flooring for years now and I have never been dissatisfied with them. In our most recent renovation, we bought laminate flooring, backsplash and bathroom floor tiles through them. Brandon the sales representative gave us a very good price, but what really stood out was the customer service. Throughout the job being done, he called to make sure that the installers were professional, on time and were doing a good job. Both installers were great, but Tom the laminate installer was outstanding. Thank you Kennedy flooring for the beautiful work your team has done. Nick Robertson.

I have been dealing with these great guy's since day one over twenty years and going strong the go to place for the professional floor covering installer tools and supplies underpad adhesives and everything else a pro needs to do a proper job as well walk in binding and serging services without them I could not do the quality work I strive for I consider them family

poor customer service

Very informative and helpful. They try to understand your needs and are very honest. Flooring prices are one of the best I've seen.

The Owner Marcelo, is a very friendly and very accommodating person to deal with. Took the time to sit down with my to discuss the different options and even left me his Sample book to show it to my Wife to discuss the different options. After looking at his price and the price of major vendors, he came in the middle but with the added bonus of allowing us to have a WIDE variety and installation came included. I would recommend him to anyone that looks to have blinds!!

Sam did an amazing job on my stairs. They were quick and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

This was a very pleasant experience. Our kitchen renovation was completed within the budget and the timeline. A very professional craftmanship. They offered unique suggestions and solutions to some of the difficult design issues. All concerns and changes that we wanted to make during the renovation were dealt with cooperatively and to our complete satisfaction. All materials are of very high quality. We now have our dream kitchen and we love it. We have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Euro Kitchen.
