Super nice people. Beautiful place to stay. Very reasonable!

The armouries were lovely, quick and easy to book my room and a smooth transition to check in, they even provided an option to check in via mobile which is a great option. The room was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly. This was my second stay at the armouries and definitely won't be the last.

Incredibly helpful staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Any time we needed anything, it was easy to get a resolution. We went to the restaurant upstairs on the way out, and the server there was also amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel while they were in the process of renovating the whole building. No noise or construction and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, very clean and modern. The location is so convenient it's right on Richmond in the downtown core and we were walking distance from everything. The only downfalls were the mini fridge was very mini to the point we could barely fit anything. And the rooms don't come with a parking spot included which adds $24 per night to your stay. There are city lots around but no other overnight parking options.

I love that the Mount is walking distance to University Hospital. Spending all day at the hospital, while my husband recovers from heart surgery. It was nice to come back to the mount for a good night sleep.

Thoughtful and efficient, friendly staff who keep rooms and grounds spotless. Beautiful outdoor pool with seating around pool. Close to trails, town, and Timmies!

Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing, super helpful and accommodating. Best service I have ever received. Room is open concept, so if you like privacy.

A great experience all around. Very nice hotel, very clean, great rooms, nice staff. The pool and waterslide are wonderful - great place for kids. Restaurant and room service were very good too. Very accommodating too - they turned off the music in the restaurant while we had breakfast as it was bothering our son who has sensory issues. We will definitely return.

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and good location to many ammenities in London. Child friendly and very nice pool. Happy customers that will use it again!

Great hotel... close to freeway and lots of stores. Breakfast was really good and was included in our room rate. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff in the office was friendly enough. At the time of this review, the 6 Wi-Fi networks had barely any signal within the room and refused to work in any capacity. So don't get for hopes up for gigabit internet or any internet at all. It may differ based on the room you get. On a better note, the room was clean as well as the bathroom. A decent stay for a great price.

Beautiful big rooms we had a fridge with a questionable ice maker, microwave, sink, stove top, dishwasher and a living room. It was a very nice room to rent and cheap

Room was clean. Service was good and staff helpful even when I forgot my key in my room. Came here for a business event and I'm loving this chain of hotel. Minus one star for not having lemonade in the lobby. My last stay at a Hampton inn had this and I loved it.

The staff was great and very good location and price. Room needed some repair, curtain not functioning qnd big hole in carpet. Enjoyed the pool but it also looked like it could use maintenance and hot tub was out of order.

It was a very nice atomosphere, great food at the restaurant attached and very accessible from the 401. Close to a lot of amenities including White Oaks mall. Only thing it was missing was a complementary breakfast but was still reasonably priced.
