Beautiful motel within walking distance to the beach. The owners are very pleasant and the grounds are immaculate!! The rooms are spotless, modern and smell fresh!! Great play area for kids, with benches, BBQs and clothes lines for wet beach towels!! Couldn't ask for more .. we will definitely be coming back!!!

Clean, cósy, comfortable. It's a family run place. We found it sufficient for our purpose which was a comfortable place to stay near Tobermory (an hour away). Located ideally barely 100 m from Sauble Beach, right next to a strip mall. Lots of places to eat and gift ships nearby. Absolutely loved the town and the place. Thanks Steve for all the great advice.

Could use a small face lift on a few things but other then that its a cozy quite place! Very relaxing! Great price in off season and very clean!!

Room is a bit small, some carpet stains but the room was clean overall and didn't have any weird smells. It's close to the main road but traffic isn't too loud. Close to the westend fish and chips which is excellent.

The cottage was clean and exactly what you expect of a cottage (second-hand furniture, broken up layout, small kitchen, etc). Most essentials were provided but lacked other necessities, like bathroom soap. The location is amazing, about 200m from the main Beach and 400m from the main street. The interactions with the property manager were a bit awkward because we booked online and it felt like it was a new process for them, I'm sure with time the kinks will work themselves out.

Visited this place during the Easter weekend. It was cozy and fanily friendly. Nice hostess. Basic breakfast is served every morning. The hostess is quite good at keeping fresh stuff like muffins, bagels, boiled eggs and freshly squeezed OJ. Rooms r good. Internet is slightly on the slower side but who cares if u r only there for a good night sleep (we were there for outdoor stuff throughout the day). The view from the windows is amazing and the location of the place is quite central. Nearby the Arrowhead anf Algonquin parks. Will definately recommend.

New owner was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and free breakfast was a nice touch.

Dated rooms, but very clean. Three minutes walk from the beach. A little pricey, but that's what you pay for the convenience of being so close. I'll be returning.

We booked 2 rooms for Canada day long weekend and had a great experience. The suites are very clean and modern. Newly renovated. Nice and clean pool on site. Close to foodland and 20 minutes from grand bend. We’ll be back. Thank you.

The hosts Michael and Joanne were very accommodating... Lovely English couple.

Great place differently make sure you stay there they also have wonderful food and the service is amazing.

Basic and small but very clean. Five stars considering the price.
